La peor pasarela, la pasarela más scam que existe te dan todo bien en el inicio una vez empiezas a generar ventas te bloquean sin aviso y allí tu esperando mensaje de porque? más de 1 mes y cuando te contestan te retienen tu dinero 540 días lo peor que he visto en mi vida, muy scam la verdad hay mejores si estás pensando abrir con estos olvídate, vaya estafa pague todos los gastos proveedores y tienen mi dinero retenido por 540 días.
Tap Payment is a business that is complacent with scam
I spoke to support about a scam transactions in one of my bank accounts which was traced to an account from Tap Payment. They showed no interest to even look into it. The support didn't only sound cool about it, but also closed the chat before I finished. How companies like this are allowed to exist is beyond my understanding.
Follow up on 25/01/2026:
Since my previous review, the Customer Care Lead, Mr. Abdulwahab, contacted me to address the issue. He apologised for the misunderstanding by the customer care representative on the chat and reassured me that they take scam incidents seriously. He promised to investigate the transactions in question. In light of this, I have revised the review accordingly, as Tap Payments acted as a responsible business that takes scam matters seriously. And I'm thankful to Mr Abdulwahab for the proactivity and for investigating the matter further.

After have provided all documents they gave me a demo account to link to my apps and when wanted to go live no answer after months asking finally got someone who asked again same documents which were provided. They are very unprofessional and they don t care about clients at all. Run away there is much better on the market
This payment gateway is just good for $10
I had to give 1 star just to type my worst experience with Tap Payments. They're the worst payment gateway ever existed on the face of planet earth. Just after 2 transactions they terminated account froze $9000 for 540 days. Moreover the worst thing is no reply to emails and the chat support tells you they have no idea just wait until you become a skeleton waiting for their reply.

Do not use Tap Payments! Very unprofessional customer support, very poor admin interface. I didn't know that my account was disabled till I was informed by accident.

Beware of this processor
Beware of this processor, they will hold your settlements and give you absolutely no updates on when you will get your funds. They have done this to us several times during a 3 year period and we were under their mercy waiting for when they will transfer our funds we were helpless just waiting to receive our funds which affected our operation and financial planning. Their customer support is useless as they wont give you any useful information. I don't know how they are still a licensed processor by Visa and Mastercard.

All started impressively well... until they started to make up excuses not to pay us our money after a few months...
They have no terms and conditions.
This company needs to be turned down.

SCAMMERS!
I dealt with this company for several months. At first, everything was going smoothly, and they would send me money once it exceeded $300, as agreed. Suddenly, I received an email from them saying they would now send the money only after it exceeded $3000, which raised my suspicions.
By chance, I saw a Reel on Instagram warning against dealing with them, stating that they are a scam company trying to steal your money after a period of dealing with them. I came here, read the reviews, and was shocked! What happened to everyone here was happening to me: initially, the service is excellent and customer support is great (they would call me almost every day!). Then, after a while, they send you an email raising the minimum payout from $300 to $3000. After some time, they suspend your account and disappear!
I was lucky enough to withdraw all my money before they could steal it. It's strange how they manage to get licenses to operate in many countries without issues, even though negative reviews follow them everywhere, to the point where they disable comments on their social media posts.
To anyone reading this review, beware. This company is run by highly skilled scammers, and it seems the laws of their country support them!

This is a good payment gateway but not the leading one as they say on the website.
I have a small business online hence I needed a system to set up and receive payments from clients. Sometimes there are drastic slags that interfere the whole process. Of course customers complain about it and idk what to do with this.
It works okayish regularly, but these lags are notable and slow down my business development, as clients tend to leave negative feedback.
Hope they will do something with this.

this company is shaddy, stay away from them unless you are in kuwait so you can take a legal action with them
after some time of working with them they will put your account under review then held your money for 540 days (which is funny part) they have no terms and conditions they create T&C for each customer so they hostage the funds, stay away

2 years with good experience but seeking for better improvements
I have been with tap for 2 years .. Nida ( my accounts manager is helpful)
The app needs more improvements since it has alot of bugs and the web doesn't show the exact transactions details like before
If they have stronger IT department and web developers Tap will be leading the payment gate way market

stay away from them if you want a smoth payment gateway
They don't take their business seriously. they would everything to get you registered, and once you register you get zero support,
so I registered with then to get a dynamic checkout which doesn't work. after 2 weeks of complaining, they asked for my Shopify login details, and they kept my website with no payment gateway.
if you care about business I would recommend going with another payment gateway
