THE WORST COMPANY EVER. You have to beg them in order to get your money. The customer service is terrible as well. I already replaced them and I won’t miss them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND, RUN AWAY!!!

I warn you from the tap.company, they are thieves, a group of thieves, they will loot your money under the pretext that they will review your account, this situation will continue for months and may not return it to you at all, I am now in this situation, I contact with them daily, and they lie every day and tell me Someone will contact me, this situation lasted for months, then other months they say we will review your account, and they have no argument or reason! I warn you again that they are thieves who will steal your money!

They are not even a company in real words, Never reply, they don't know their own system. In other words they don't have any system.
I just wanted to make few miner changes in my account like default currency USD, Business name correction they took weeks and still not able to do anything, every time I chat with them they treat me as a client who is launching new complain.
They don't even know about the previous chats, If I could give them less then 0 Zero that also would be unfair.

I have an experience with tap.company that I would like to share with you.
Tap.company is a payment gateway processor just like Stripe.
I've worked with them for several months and got some payments settled from them.
After expanding my business and getting a lot of customers, revenue and number of orders started
to go up.
Some of the customers as normal initiated some disputes to their payments.
Because of that, Tap.company placed a hold on my account and the whole money in it.
So far sounds pretty normal.
But what is not normal is that I have been contacting them in the last couple of months asking them to
refund the customers and anyone who disputed their payment, for WHOLE TWO MONTHS I am asking them that!!
They just keep replying with scripted chat over and over again telling me that they will do so and get back again.
Same replies for OVER TWO MONTHS!! and nothing ever happened!
They're holding about $3K of my money that I think I will not be able to withdraw because they're BIG SCAM!!
So, please guys stay away from them!

It's the worst payment gateway EVER! They are thieves and scammers, they have the worst support, they're careless and they steal your money! The minimum is 1 start here, I wish there is zero! They don't have any policy, they deny what they sent in email! Also, their panel is very basic and stupid, it doesn't show the item name!!!! So if you're selling multiple items and if you lose the tracking, you won't know which items you sold. They don't have any pros! Be away of these scammers! We should report them to block their service worldwide! They force you to use 3D secure for all cards which will lose you a lot of conversions and when you ask them to disable 3D secure, they ask you for too much money as I remember $200,000, but when you negotiate to leave them, they offer it for you for FREE!! Thieves! Be away of this rubbish gateway... They even stole my subscription, I will never forgive them!!! The account manager answers after 2 weeks, the chat support team are liars, they keep lying, it's totally rubbish liars gateway
Tried to set up a payment gateway with them The conversation online was positive but the moment Hossam from Tap contacted the requirements completely changed and surprise surprise so did the charges. They suddenly increased exponentially with silly justifications that made no sense. Tap had already bad feedback for customers paying but they lie to new clients. Interesting business model especially at a time the economy is struggling so you would think they want new customers. Poor customer service and poor effort to sign a new client - who cancelled as they started.
The worst payment gate ever! They barely reply on online chat. Sometimes they see the message and don't reply. Many of my customers could not proceed with the payment and Tap team has no clue why. So if you don't want to waste your time, money and customers, I suggest change to a different payment gateway!
80% of my client's transaction didn't go through. I couldn't get them back since they don't want to try and pay so many times if it gets rejected. I am not surprised. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I used PayPal before and nobody complained this. I request tap to make stronger relation with western banks so they can trust them and process transaction easyily without blocking. also improve their dashboard of merchant. thanks
Update: I am changing to 5 stars... They have improved there service way too much in short period of time. its just amazing now. Tap Payments Is 10/10 by now. Plus they added Apple Pay for fast and secure payments
