The app is lightweight, loads fast, works fast. Very simple to use.
Had quite a few issues setting up the account but the customer service was excellent and stayed in contact the whole way through. Being able to text on WhatsApp made this easier.

Great app, perfect for what I need and very easy to use. The app functionality is great, and the statements come through quickly.
Initial setup was straightforward. Then a couple of days later I got an email from a company called paynt asking me to set up video verification, but there was nothing to indicate it was connected to the tapeeno application. Then I got an email from tapeeno saying the account was set up successfully, but I couldn't get into it as no password was provided. Eventually found out from them I was supposed to have done this other thing, which I then did, which involved yet another third party (idenfy). This one said identity verification failed but no further instructions were provided. So scrapped the whole idea.
