Amazing experience!
Absolutely amazing! The products are so varied and delicious and make such wonderful gifts. I also love that you can arrange delivery for a particular day. I had a question about my order and Helen replied immediately and was so helpful. So happy I’ve found them and will be purchasing many more gifts and treats from here in the future.

Perfect gift
I bought a gift box for my mother-in-law's birthday, the choice of products is expansive and made choosing difficult. The local delivery was by bike. The box itself looked lovely, laid out and packaged beautifully.
All in all a perfect present.

Outstanding Customer Service
Had an issue with order. Within a few hours of getting in touch, the issue had been resolved and had all new tracking information for replacement items. Cannot speak highly enough of this wonderful company. Thanks again Helen & Emma. Will be ordering again in the future.

Great products, great service
Lovely box of goodies which we bought as a thank you gift for friends. They were delighted! We liked the fact that it's all locally sourced products which supports both the community and environment. The service was excellent too as we were expecting to collect from a nearby store but they delivered by bicycle instead. Many thanks!

Bought items as a present for my cousin (vegetarian and gluten-free). Great range on offer with lots of options on offer. Delivered direct to her do (great communication about delivery) as a marvellous surprise and she was overjoyed at all the treats

Reliable and delicious!
A great service, I’d received a delivery myself from Taste of Bath as a gift and now I wanted to order a hamper for someone else. It was easy to select the content of the hamper and it was delivered on the specified day without drama. The contents were delicious as well as attractively and safely packed.

I am really disappointed to hear you did not enjoy your hamper - I know you decided to order the hamper for yourself. We use accurate photography and descriptions for all of our hampers, so when you received exactly what you purchased, I am surprised to hear it was not what you expected.

Excellent staff and support. The team was fantastic in helping arrange orders and special requests for our company's Christmas gifts. Appreciated the end-to-end tracking of orders and delivery notifications when they arrived safely. Likewise the recipients were all very happy.
