Excellent customer service – Highly recommended
This was my first experience ordering from Tavex and unfortunately an issue arose with my order which initially left me quite concerned. However, what really stood out was the way the matter was subsequently handled.
Sophie was absolutely excellent. From the moment she picked up my concerns, she was professional, understanding, reassuring and took the time to personally look into the matter and keep me informed. She genuinely made me feel that my concerns were being taken seriously and that the matter would be resolved properly.
Maryna was equally excellent when she subsequently took over the matter, acting promptly and bringing everything to a satisfactory resolution.
Problems can occasionally arise with any company, but for me the real measure of a business is how it responds when something does go wrong. Tavex ultimately handled my concerns extremely well, took ownership of the situation and ensured that it was resolved properly. The level of care, reassurance and customer service I received completely changed my impression of what had initially been a stressful experience.
I would now highly recommend Tavex to anyone looking to purchase precious metals or bullion. They have certainly earned themselves a repeat customer in me and, based on the way I have been treated throughout this matter, Tavex will now be my number one bullion company and my first choice for future purchases.
A huge thank you to Sophie and Maryna in particular for the way you handled everything. Five stars from me and thoroughly deserved.
