Full membership of Tax World provides an excellent reference library resource with a really useful presentation of linked topics (legislation section to commentary to guidance to TDMs to TACD to Court Judgements to past Q&A and also relevant past Tax World Academy presentations). The tax checklists ensures that all criteria/tests are appropriately and consistently considered for a relief or exemption claim.

I have dealt with Taxworld for years and found their guidance to be clear and reliable.

After a career as an Inspector of Taxes I have a niche Tax Consultancy practice. Before concluding a submission to Revenue I always consult Tax Magic, Tax Guide and Checklists. A recent settlement of over €220,000 was achieved without Interest, Penalties and Publication thanks to "tips" in Tax Magic.

This is a great tool in gathering information to assist with advising clients. The ability to compose a draft letter to edit and then send out is great. The ability to save time is obvious but there is a need to sometimes ask the same question from various angles to ensure the completeness of information being presented.
