Purchased a Qi4D Shadowfall Designer Series Driver, had a manufacturing issue with the face so I returned it for warranty replacement, TM said they have no Shadowfall stock so will have to replace it with a standard Qi4D head. I asked for compensation for the price difference by way of some ProV1xs as this head is essentially a downgrade and circa £40 cheaper than the one I purchased, no reply and just send the standard head replacement, meaning I've paid a premium for absolutely nothing!!

Absolutely pathetic support from TaylorMade, the warranty process is a complete joke!

I will never buy TaylorMade again!

I ordered a custom MyMG5 as a gift and it exceeded all my expectations. The club looks wonderful (golf buddies were called over to inspect) and the colours and personalised writing/logo all came out clearly with a good finish.

The customer support team were truely lovely and responded quickly and professionally to my queries.

The club was also ready earlier than expected! The tracking and text updates on the status were very helpful.

After 16 months of infrequent use the zips on my “Staydry” trolley bag failed. Absolutely no help other than discounts on another purchase. Their bags do not offer reasonable use guarantees. STAY CLEAR OF TAYLORMADE GOLF PRODUCTS

I’ve played golf 30 years. In that time I’ve had 6 sets of irons, four of which were TaylorMade.
Recently bought a set of Qi irons to replace a set of 4-year old Mizunos which have served me well but I need more help to keep the fade under control. After testing and measuring, the Qi fitted the bill.
Within 2 weeks of use the iron heads looked like they’d been through a cement mixer. TaylorMade say it’s damage caused by me and it’s ’bag-rash’, or in simple terms ‘abuse’. 30 years of never having had an issue with my putters, woods, wedges and metals - but after 4 weeks I have a set of irons that ‘have been abused’.

The black plastic inserts on the backs of the irons are chipped….they look rubbish - after 4 weeks! TaylorMade response is adamant that there’s nothing wrong with the painted plastic. On a £900 set of clubs?

TaylorMade made a big mistake with these plastic bits....note they don't have them on the quickly replaced Qi Max.
