I placed and paid for my order on 29/04/2026. Shortly afterwards, I was emailed to say I would be receiving a parcel addressed to me but containing items not intended for me, and I was asked if I could return this to the post office. I initially had no issue with this.
However, I was then informed that my own paid-for order would not be shipped until the incorrect parcel had been returned. Unfortunately, days passed and I still never received this incorrect parcel, leaving me unable to return anything, yet my order continued to be withheld.

I spent the week going back and forth via email with Tee in customer services trying to resolve this. I explained several times that this was not an error on my part and that it felt unreasonable for my order to be delayed indefinitely due to an issue outside of my control. Despite this, the focus remained on returning a parcel I never received, and a returns label was sent anyway.

At no point did I receive either parcel. When I finally asked for my order to be shipped urgently, I instead received a short email stating that a refund would be issued, followed by “have a nice day.”

I would genuinely like to understand why this situation was handled this way, as it’s not the level of service I would expect from a company with such a strong reputation. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing and stressful, and I feel it could have been resolved far more reasonably.

My experience working at tbjp was really poor overall , it started promising when the business was located In Andoversford and smaller , but then once it moved to Cheltenham then the problems really started

Owners constantly disrespecting staff members to other staff members

Owners constantly stalking the cameras and listening in to conversations using the audio from the cameras - They even admitted to doing both of these often!!!!! Which is nuts , both you’d think have busy lives but no they just stalk the cameras

Not allowed to use heating to heat the staff room as it cost the owners too much money - have email proof of one owner telling us not to use it as it costs them too much money ( this was during their Black Friday sale where they had a record at the time 3k orders I believe )

I was mis classified by the owners , they made me self employed so they didn’t have to pay holiday or Ni or anything like that , I think they still do this , I threatened to go to court and they paid out a settlement so fair enough on them for admitting the mistake , but they wouldn’t of done so or paid out unless I mentioned it to them , they obviously wanted it swept under the carpet.

Management at the time did nothing , didn’t have a forklift license or did any work, only in the job because friends with the owners

One owner always threatened to bring the other owner in for 1-1s but it never happened , the male owner I think thought he was menacing but this definitely wasn’t the case as the got the female owner to do most things

Constant differing comments from both owners , one would tell you one thing and the other would ask you why have you done that , so no consistency, I once got told off by owner for doing something the other owner told me to do , was an absolute joke

One Owner joked about firing two workers who worked part time and eventually forced them both out . This was two workers who moved house for this job I believe too

They fired me 1 month after moving out of my parents house for 3 reasons - attitude (gave no reasoning) , rudeness ( I asked a co worker to celotape a box) and the last reason was because I said “not my problem “ to a lorry driver when the owners refused to buy correct equipment to ship a gym machine as I suggested how to ship it and they didn’t provide anything - they also brought up the fact that I was in the wrong as I suggested to the manger at the time it would be nice for a pay rise over the Black Friday period as they wanted us to woe extra hours plus weekends so I suggested maybe it be compensated more for these hours worked . But the manager I assumed immediately brought this to the owners attention as I told the manager in confidence and in my dismissal meeting it came up that I was very in the wrong for just having an idea - Absolutely jokers the 3 of them

None of those reasons would stand up if I was employed by them and they never would’ve been able to fire me

They also fired their entire gym staff 4 people over false claims of rumours going around - genuinely disgusting, I was friends was a few of them and they told me about the experience and how badly it affected their lives

So again you can really get a sense of the type of people these owners are

They also had people in doing trial shifts for my job while I was still working there , and the manger reassured me that my job was safe on Monday when I questioned why there was people doing trial shifts when it was barely busy enough for me to do a full day before being told by the owners to go home as it’s quiet ; then I came in on Thursday morning and was told I was fired with no notice , it was a real problem for a few months financially for me as I was 19 , just literally moved out of my parents house and was tight on money , which the two owners knew full well as I was going through the moving out process etc - but honestly these despicable owners did not care one bit honestly think they got a bit of a crack and a laugh putting someone in a shit position like they did with me genuinely for no proper reason or explanation, I barely even got an explanation.

Both owners very short tempered and angry a lot of the time - lots of erratic decisions and actions which often made no sense or contradicted what the other owner would say often too - they both think their the nuts , but honestly after having met and worked for these two , who they say they are completely contrasts their actions and who they really are .

And that was my experience at Tbjp (also what’s quite funny is all their paid athletes have left 5 star reviews all on or around the same day 😂😂dumb as f)

Well for starters the clothing items I received were very high quality
Secondly the after sales service by Tee was second to none went out of her way to sort out a small issue I had and very quick and responsive too cant thank her enough. Will definitely be coming back soon to reload on my supps!! Ill be changing my brand to these now moving forward 💪
