I had expected delivery next day by DHL. The order was sent by royal Mail who proved as suspected to be totally unreliable. Meaning delivery took 4 days and we need to collect from their offices!

First time ordering from this company. Ordered on the Monday, arrived on Wednesday all well packaged.
Great sampler selection available. Couple of the ones must have been out of stock so company replaced with alternative cigars (in favour of the customer!).
All round great stuff so far in terms of service, I think I may have found my new online cigar provider!!.

Product not as expected, but swiftly rectified.
Product received did not meet my expectations of a previous version of this product. Unfortunately this is beyond TCH's control as Xikar has significantly deviated from it's original (perfect) design and created a significantly inferior product. The Ashtray in question is still a good in-car ashtray, unfortunately it's just not the ashtray I wanted/needed.
TCH contacted me swiftly and resolved the issue to my satisfaction.

I had a slight issue where the wrong cigar was sent out however the guys at TCH resolved the issue at the first time of asking! Mistakes can be made and the way the guys here sorted the issue was first class, couldn't recommend their service any higher

I ordered a handful of sampler packs to fill my new humidor and also get the chance to try some cigars I wouldn't necessarily normally look at. I am yet to smoke any of these yet but first impressions looks like there are some lovely cigars to be had! Packaged very nicely to and prompt delivery. Will be back in the near future for sure!
