I had expected delivery next day by DHL. The order was sent by royal Mail who proved as suspected to be totally unreliable. Meaning delivery took 4 days and we need to collect from their offices!

Usual first class service
Usual first class service. Ordered in the afternoon and phoned to check when delivery likely. Explained there was bit of a delay and may not get to me for 7pm. I was needing the cigars to smoke that evening at a local pub so TCH happily agreed to deliver to the pub during the evening.
Good choice, quality and value for money cigars available.
