Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. In order to receive DHL Express Delivery Guaranteed NEXT DAY UK (Mon - Thur) you have to place your Order by 2pm. Your order has been placed at 7:43pm unfortunatelly, therefore you did not qualify for DHL Next Day Delivery.
As customer satisfaction is our top priority, and even if you did not qualify for next-day delivery (due to the late timing of placing your order), we still chose to ship your order with Royal Mail Next Day Guarantee Delivery Service. We have provided all the information via email, but it looks like we have failed based on your three star review.

speedy shipping, sticks came in excellent condition with a humidification packet. My only complaint is there was no bubble wrap or other protective material in the package.

Fantastic, personable and friendly service
Honestly, Razvan is absolutely fantastic- I’ve only recently taken up smoking cigars again since my late father-in-law passed (who loved his cigars). Razvan’s advice and passion for cigars is clearly so evident and he has guided me (as a novice) so well. In addition, the door-to-door service (being local) is brilliant and he is a real pleasure to do business with. Thank you Razvan. You offer such a great (and in many ways) a unique service as well as having an extensive selection of cigars.
