Their customer service is unmatched to any other store. I was trying to find a replacement canopy for an umbrella I purchased a couple years ago. They took it upon themselves to order and replace 2 umbrellas without asking or even expecting. I was only reaching out to them to find a canopy replacement.

We appreciated the good customer service, they worked with us to be able to pick a chair up at their warehouse in 24 hours since we were traveling. Upon pick up they took great care getting the chair in to our car and gave us good advice on care for the teak. We are already enjoying it on our patio!

They helped us showing us everything we were asking for. It was a pleasant experience. It was easy and they sent the furniture in a few days. The person that delivered the furniture was very polite and put everything in place.

We were in need of upgrading our patio furniture and discovered Teak and Table through a family member who purchased from them last year. We're extremely happy with our new outdoor sofa and chair! Every step of the way was an exceptional experience. Started out online viewing choices and chatted with questions. From there called directly and they were familiar with my inquiry . I learned that Teak and Table is a family owned and run business and their customer service is outstanding! We were able to obtain a sale price on our order, and it was processed and shipped to our home on time with little wait . The delivery crew brought it around the backyard and helped place it correctly. We chose for assembly and expected that to be done here but we're happily surprised that it had been put together beforehand for us. The quality and fabric are excellent ! At first we were skeptical about expensive online purchases without firsthand sitting and feeling the comfort and seeing the quality but were reassured that it was returnable if we were unhappy. My wife loved the look but was a bit hesitant as she is a petite woman. The customer service was amazing working us through the purchase. Teak and Table were able to make additional throw pillows to use for further back support if needed and they came and look beautiful! I Highly recommmend this this company! We are in Connecticut but working long distance with a South Carolina Company felt right. We're now on first name basis with their staff! Can't do any better than that!

The ordering process was easy, including phone calls. Everyone was helpful as well as courteous. I received the Adirondack Chairs and table on time and in perfect condition. I'm mostly impressed with the quality of the teak, the construction and design. The order was for my most important customer and we were not disappointed.
