NO ORDER after 2 months. Shocking customer service. I thought this would be reputable business as it was recommended by our football team but I've paid near £90 for a kit that hasn't received.

They offer you to buy race again voucher not telling it would expire in 6 months. Never received my vouchers after purchasing them on the day of event. Called today to book using those race again voucher and was told they expired! Never knew money can expire! They are scammers of the earth. Don’t go to the place - find a decent and fair business like Haynes Museum instead!

Extremely poor customer service!
No ETA given when placed the order, then when I chased up about delivery times my order was cancelled "as per my request" - I have never asked them to cancel the order but only made an inquiry about delivery times! Ended up with having no present for my brothers birthday, which ruined the day!
Will not recommend to anyone and will never use this shop myself ever again.

Excellent in all departments. Customer service, delivery ETA's met, and kit quality excellent. Ben was more than happy to help out, helped us with a challenging sponsor detail, as well as met our ever changing requests. Would strongly recommend these in future.

I don't particular take enjoyment from leaving bad reviews but then again if a company acts in this manner they deserve all they get. Ordered goods, wrong items delivered. They said they would sort it but haven't. Left me out of pocket with the wrong items and they couldn't care less. Very poor at communicating. No response to my attempts to contact. Impossible to deal with so I will be steering well clear.

Went to Bristol and have done before. They practice their rules every time which are sensible but don’t keep to them and let people break these. Probably because they are their friends. People were purposely bumping into me and then slamming my son which I turned on. The moment I did they sent me off and did nothing about it apart from telling me to go outside and calm down.

So patronising when they are clearly letting their friends just get away with it all.

Bad service! Contacting customer service is a joke! Won’t give refunds, unhelpful jobs worth’s. I have spent over £200 this month with this company on two transactions. Never ever again

We visited the Coventry Centre on Monday 9th August and were looked after by Peter.

There were 7 of us in our party which consisted of adults and young children. Peter was great with everyone and the sessions were great fun. It was my first time and following this experience we will definitely be going again

Professionalità, serietà e disponibilità assolutamente sconosciute in questa azienda a tutti i livelli .
Ho effettuato un acquisto on line di un tapirulan il 12 febbraio 2021,vista l elevata richiesta dell articolo richiesto la consegna prevista sarebbe avvenuta il 3 marzo 2021.
In data 3 marzo per chiedere info sulla consegna, chiamo il centralino Team sport e mi viene indicato di confermare la mia volontà all acquisto del prodotto che mi sarebbe stato inviato..... Confermo e autorizzo telefonicamente la spedizione.
Giorno 9 marzo non avendo avuto notizie, chiamo nuovamente per avere informazioni (considerando anche l impossibilità o il mancato funzionamento del sito sulla tracciabilita' dei prodotti in spedizione) con mia sorpresa nuovamente l operatore mi indica che per procedere nella spedizione del mio prodotto devo effettuare la conferma..... Faccio quindi presente che la conferma è stata data qualche giorno prima ad una sua collega, esattamente giorno 3 marzo (che per inciso era pure la data effettiva di consegna a casa come da loro email originale sull acquisto del prodotto )...... l operatore alquanto infastidito dalla mia osservazione, in modo arrogante e da gran maleducato mi attacca e mi liquida in brutto modo procedendo in assoluta autonomia ad annullare il mio ordine.
Visto la maleducazione dell operatore richiamo dopo un ora per parlare con altra operatrice che mi conferma l annullamento del mio acquisto nella precedente telefonata ......
Spiego l accaduto e mi riattiva l acquisto del prodotto che viene spedito da Roma per la consegna a casa.
Invio una email di reclamo all amministrazione della team sport spiegando in modo dettagliato tutta l incompetenza, la maleducazione e la strafottenza incontrata per il mio acquisto ed evidenzio come l operatore mi abbia trattato e annullato l ordine senza assolutamente una mia indicazione in tal senso (tra l altro se l amministrazione volesse può facilmente verificare anche il nome dell operatore in questione quel giorno).......
Ad oggi anche l amministrazione con altrettanta serietà non ha risposto alla mia email o cercato un contatto per verificare la veracita' della mia email.
Il prodotto finalmente arrivato a Catania è stato personalmente prelevato al deposito in periferia della città e caricato in auto giorno 12 marzo (quindi non consegnato a casa)......
Senza assolutamente ombra di dubbio l ultima volta che effettuo un acquisto presso questa azienda.

With a lot of care over our product and all the details, very patient with us as we are very specific and detailed. Every detail was met and we are more than happy with our final kit. Still trying to send back a shirt. They will not accept returns until they have been authorised. Despite several emails I still can’t get authorisation. AVOID THIS COMPANY AND SUPPORT A LOCAL SPORTS SHOP INSTEAD.

Great company, please do not get out off by 1 disgruntled customer.
I have used them for nearly 3 years, customers service is great and as soon as they have the stuck in it goes out promptly!

I wonder why all top reviews are from people with just 1 or max. 2 reviews (well I have an idea)...

I ordered some winterjackets october 30th - and now the 20th I have not even received a mail.

They dont respond to e-mails. But the money was withdrawn in a splitsecond.

Dont buy from here.

Brilliant customer service and communication throughout, could not recommend more for school kit. Were happy to discuss options, alternatives and the turnaround between placing the order and receiving the items was excellent

Having a really bad previous experience with another kit provider, dealing with Team Sport Direct was something else. From the first contact they were great: they've answered all my queries regarding stock and turnaround. Exchanged a few emails and phone calls pre and post-ordering to confirm everything (£900 worth of kit) and in the end I got everything in time and, most importantly, without missing items or messed up printing. Will definitely continue working with them for our football club.

Kit looks fantastic, delivery was in time for the new season, pleasant customer service.
Will be using again, definitely.
Good communication to ensure the badge and sponsor were correct, all in a very pleasant experience.
