Just love your teas. Also prompt delivery..Love your ethics on sustainability and supporting the people who grow and sell the tea.

While I cannot complain about the quality of the teas I have ordered, Tea People ignored my delivery instructions, (they explained that they were too busy to do so) and refused to honour a 15% discount code they had sent me. To add insult to injury, they have just sent another 15% discount offer to my wife.

Tea People have excellent products and excellent customer service. When a particular tea I had ordered was out of stock after I ordered it, they emailed my right away to give me the option of ordering a different tea or to put my order on hold until their order of it came in. I chose the latter and when the tea came in, they let me know and also let me know when they had sent the order.
They also send along free taster samples that are similar to the product that you bought. It's really nice to get these little surprises and for me, they have result in extra purchases of teas that I wasn't sure I would like, but actually liked so much I ended up ordering them as well.
And finally, I use the loose leaf teas because I have always noticed that in other tea companies, there is always dust in the actual tea bags.
It wasn't until I tried some of the sample tea bags, that I realised that there is absolutely no dust in their teabags. Nothing but straight up tea ingredients. I still love loose leaf tea, but I have also started ordering tea bags too.

Product I wanted, delivered promptly from an ethical, local company

Tea People are an easy company to deal with and has the benefit of being socially and ecologically aware. This was part of a repeat subscription order which has been in place for more than a year - the tea is great and the price is competitive. All in all, we have no complaints - thank you Tea People.

Ordered spiced apple tea pyramids. Absolutely delicious. Would recommend it to anyone.

The Tea supplied is top quality (Darjeeling Muscatel and Assam Gold brilliant subtle and full of flavour) and after requesting the tea estate they were only too happy to give me all the information. Delivery is also quick.

Quick delivery of a good quality product in a really nice tin, my only negative is its a tad expensive but really enjoying brewing my own concoctions using your ginger tea!

Great website explaining each of the type of teas. Easy to order and good delivery. The teas are excellent and there is a free gift included. I like their ethical/ green attitude. An outward looking company.

The website is easy to read. The tea descriptions are very good. There's a large selection, and teas you won't find in discount stores.

Unfortunately the internal gift packaging was damaged which meant that I couldn’t give it as a birthday present as planned.
