I recommend Techgenuiz for many reasons. My Mac crashed due to the notorious white screen. I looked up the issue online and realised the problem was with my graphics card. I dreaded a heavy bill and we are also in lockdown.

Luckily for me Techgenuiz was the first company I found online. The moment I called I knew I was talking to someone who knew what the problem was and who had a very good knowledge of Mac computers. I was given a quote, a new graphics card was ordered and it was cheaper than I feared. Techgenuiz called when it arrived, (sooner than expected).

Zoltan came in and replaced the part. It turned out labour was already included in the original price quote, so there was nothing more to pay. That was a relief.

Excellent. Zoltan responded to my queries very quickly and made a provisional diagnosis online based on the information I gave him. He came to my abode (even on a Sunday) at a prearranged time. He was spot on with his diagnosis and replaced my hard drive with a new SSD and also upgraded my operating system. I managed to salvaged most of my data - I'm grateful for this. He returned again after I encountered some problem with some files and he taught me how to resolve these issues. So far so good. Pricing was reasonable - I suspect Mac store would have charged me a lot more and probably recommend me getting a new machine! I would recommend him to fix problems on your Mac.

Highly recommend Zoltan. A couple of weeks ago, I messaged him in the morning when my apple laptop stopped working. I spoke to him in the afternoon. Half an hour later he arrived, identified my hard disk had packed up, installed a new hard disk, started restoring my backup and left my old hard disk so I could copy over any additional files I needed (if they were not on a corrupted part of the disk).
He told me a week's free support was included. He answered all my subsequent questions promptly by text or phone.

I was in a lot of trouble with my mac book air after spilling an entire glass of wine on it at the airport. It is the laptop I use for medical school and Zoltan was able to come over to my flat on a Sunday to assess and collect my computer. He was very knowledgeable and I was pleasantly surprised at the amazing service he provided. After assessing my laptop he gave me an estimated quote and had my laptop fixed and back in my hands within 3 days. His communication throughout the process was excellent and he was ready to answer my questions at any time. I would 100% recommend his services to anyone with Mac issues, especially if its urgent!

My husband and I were having awful problems with our quite old, very slow and temperamental Macs. We were pleased when our neighbour recommended Zoltan. From the first phone call, Zoltan was highly professional, his communication kept us informed of his arrival time. He explained the charges and agreed them beforehand and we consider them reasonable considering what he achieved. He was courteous, friendly and efficient and he showed patience and understanding when talking through our issues. He replaced the hard drives, sorted out hitches and cleaned up the Mac programmes. He asked lots of questions to sort out what was bothering us and he answered our queries. He speedily answered an issue on which we were not clear after he left. I have used his expertise more than once and He always goes above and beyond and I always find him honest, positive and he never over-promises but always outdoes himself! My iMac was running super slowly. I was on the verge of buying a new one, but one of my friend told me to call Techgeniuz. I spoke to Zoltan, who was very understanding and helpful from the start. He explained how my machine is bottlenecked because of one component. It was hard to believe, but he convinced me to give it a try, so he called out next day to my flat and upgraded the hard drive to a Solid State Drive. Oh my God! What a difference. He really knew what he was talking about. It feels like a have a new iMac now, and I saved a lot of money. He also followed up to make sure everything is OK with the machine. Absolutely brilliant, and I would recommend to anyone who has an old machine or any other issue

Zoltan fixed a lap top that might otherwise have been discarded: it was slow to the point of being useless, and took an age to boot up. He replaced/upgraded key components (battery, RAM, hard disk) removed all the (numerous) viruses and malware, and returned the machine to us at home after two days. The lap top is now faster than it was when new, 9 years ago, and he has also managed to connect it to an old HP printer, making a system that is fit to use for many years to come. All at a very reasonable price.
