Never sent my package never refunded my money

Excellent quality shirt and well made. Comfortable to wear and looks smart. I’m very satisfied with my order.

Took my money, received nothing. Very dissapointed. Definitely a scam

Ordered 2 shirts 3 months ago. Never arrived and am getting no reply from TeeDrab when I ask for an explanation. I have tried to contact them by phone and email several times. The store is a scam.

These people are thieves! I placed an order almost 2 months ago. Never received anything. Contacted customer service was told my order would get fixed and sent out and I would receive a small refund. I never received anything still haven't gotten the refund still haven't received it what I ordered. They just took my money and quit responding. I have sent multiple follow up emails and even contacted customer service on their website. Nothing absolutely no response! Don't waste your money or your time on these thieves!

They are not a real company, they stole my money, ignored all request for updated shipping and never re-plied to multiple attempts for over two months. DO NOT buy anything form these thieves.

They got their money, made several lame excuses why I didn't get my shirt, then stopped answering my emails.

Never got my order after following up with them. Their Better Business Bureau rating is 'F'.

I paid for an order that was never shipped. I asked for a refund through their customer service email. They said they had processed the refund but I never received it.

I order a T-shirt 3 weeks ago and sent them a e-mail about the shirt, they said it should be mailed shortly. This is what I am going to do. I work at Dollar General and they are making shirts that people are not receiving using their names on it. That was the reason I bought it. I am going to call Corporate on them and let them know what they are doing and should be able to release them from doing so. I don’t if it will do any good but it’s worth a shot!

Waited 2 weeks, never shipped my order. Reached out and they apologized and said to give them 4 business days and they would issue a partial refund. Waited a week, no shipping and no refund. Had to chargeback with my bank to get my money back.

This company is a fake. Took my money and the shirt never came.

Basically order went unfulfilled, payment taken, goods not dispatched, no tracking number issued, no response to follow ups through a couple of different channels. Do not recommend at all.

I ordered a couple of T-shirts. When they hadn't arrived in a couple of weeks, I contact TeeDrab. They politely apologized for not processing the order, and offered a partial refund, along with processing the order right away. I accepted. I never received the partial refund and never received the T-shirts.

The shirt was finally delivered after many emails checking on delivery. When it was delivered it did not come with any special washing instructions. After 1 wash in cold water all the printing came off the shirt. Company refused to provide a refund saying it was not washed properly, but they had not provide any washing instructions so this is ridiculous. I RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. They do respond to emails, but do not stand behind their product and take forever to ship.

I tried ordering from this place it's been 3 weeks and I have not received anything. Not even a email saying it's been shipped I contact them they say it was over looked dont believe their shipping times on website it does not happen I think they are a scam from my experience

I came to know about this company from Hanoi,Vietnam after I was scammed of GBP 465 on 2.5.24 for an order which I didn't do.When confronted them they refused to investigate the complaint asking details of the order which I didn't do, not addressing the problem. Please warn people be careful of this company.Hope trust Pilot will do something to stop the scammers in this web site enclosing details of the episode.
