I loved the shirt I got my gf and it was one of her favorites too but the graphics completely washed off after a few washes. I told her not to put it in the dryer but that shouldn’t have happened regardless. I do love most of their artwork on their clothes but would never buy from them again.

This company is fake and a scam. I ordered a tshirt 4 month ago from them and have emailed countless times and have never gotten a reply. I’m taking legal action against this company now

ordered a XL sweatshirt, very soft and very good quality, shipping was perfectly fine, did not need customer service. ordered from here before and I did need it because shipping was taking a bit, they emailed me back vert fast and told me it was because they were moving wear houses. Other than that, fast shipping if you cut out the extra time for moving and the shirt I ordered was the same as I stated above.

Took a long time to arrive. I emailed them asking if it would get there in a specific amount of time and they said they were waiting on one shirt that wasn't already made but they'd send the other in the meantime- that never actually happened. Once I got them, they were horrible, horrible quality. Stiff, scratchy. One wash and the entire image was ruined. I emailed them and they offered store credit. I never responded, as the shirts were so bad that I didn't want another one even if it was free. They ended up sending another of the same shirt regardless, which was just as bad.

I ordered a hoodie and a shirt on November 24th, 2023. These were supposed to be Christmas gifts. However, what the site didn’t tell me is that the hoodie was on back order. So, obviously mad about this, I emailed their “support team” NUMEROUS times, asking for a refund. Each and every single time they avoided my question about a refund. Fast forward to today, January 13th, 2024, i just received the package. Not to mention, the hoodie design is very cheaply made, and the shirt smells awful. Do NOT recommend!

So I ordered a hat at the end of December 2021 it is now 2024 and I still don't have the hat. I never got a refund and I never got an explanation I really wanted that hat.

Shipping overseas USA to Europe takes about 1 to 2 weeks with customs control of the packages included.

i ordered a tshirt at the end of august. it is november and i have not received it yet. i emailed them and they said i should just wait. no refund and they said that if i email them again mine will be put to the back of the line! wth???i hate this site ajd tge people who are employed by them

Ordered two t-shirts on the 17 July, didn't arrive till 24 October. The quality is shocking (faded printing and cheap material), and company don't accept refunds unless item is either sold out or damaged. Would not recommend.

my partner ordered a t-shirt on 6th august 2023 for my birthday at the end of august. as we are in the UK we both understood it may take a little longer to arrive. (on the same day we ordered a t-shirt from KREETUREZ another US brand - this t-shirt arrived within 3 weeks and had constant communication throughout). a month and a half went by and hadn’t even received an email saying it had been shipped so i emailed customer support - they gave the same excuse they seem to be giving to everyone about “warehouse issues” i was polite and simply asked for an estimation on when my singular item would be shipped - they couldn’t give me an answer so again i left it in the hope they were telling the truth… another month goes by so i decide to email again to which i received no response. so i took to social media commenting under one of their recent posts about how i haven’t received 1 t-shirt i ordered nearly 3 months ago. teen hearts promptly dmed me asking what i was on about. i sent a lengthy response and received yet again no answer from them!! i left it 24 hours before i went back to the post i originally commented on and saw other people were complaining of the same exact issues… so I started bombarding them with comments about how they seem to only get items out to influencers and they most definitely are not a reputable brand and what happened?! they responded straight away but threatened me with no refund if i don’t delete my comments which were apparently “lies”!! absolutely disgusting if you tell me what happened to free speech and warning people that they are a terrible company? they tried giving me the excuse that they are a “small brand” I CALL BS!! they eventually gave me a refund but only after i had to harass them online im absolutely disgusted with the attitude of the social media team and the brand in general. they’re quick enough to take your hard earned money!! DISGUSTING. i’m even starting to believe that they’re just a big scam. sending out emails everyday to get me to buy items but can’t even ship out 1 T-SHIRT I ORDERED!!

Never received my order (a month after the order was placed) and when I emailed, they stopped responding when I asked for my order to be reshipped or receive a refund. DO NOT BUY.

Good first order, horrible second. Got a shirt I really liked with no issues before and was stoked because I love their designs. My parents tried to order from them a second time for my birthday, and the order never even shipped out. Took forever to get ahold of support and eventually get a refund- months after the initial purchase. Wont be purchasing again because of it.

Made an order way back in the middle of July. Emailed support 3 times about my order in the past two and a half months because my order has yet to even be processed. Was given the "changing warehouses" excuse. I purchased over $114 worth of shirts and was excited. I'm now considering that I was probably scammed because support told me I can't even cancel my order (that STILL hasn't been processed).

Placed two orders on July 29 and never got a tracking number for either one, even after two months and three emails to support. Each time I got the “changing warehouses” excuse. In the third email, I asked for a refund. They would not give it because they “can’t cancel an order.” I spent over $100 because I genuinely used to like this company and I’ve never had this bad of an experience with them before. Now I’m fully convinced it’s BS and a scam. I will not be ordering from them again nor will I ever recommend them again.

They take literally forever to ship. I am convinced I have been scammed. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM UNLESS YOU'RE WILLING TO WAIT 365 DAYS FOR ONE SHIRT

Same as almost everyone else! I ordered a shirt on Aug. 5 and never received a shipping update. I emailed them Aug. 18 and they said they were moving to a new warehouse and would get back to me in a few days (apparently they've been using this "new warehouse" excuse for MONTHS). I emailed again on Sep. 1 because I hadn't heard anything. They replied several days later saying they would check with the warehouse. I ended up filing a claim with PayPal on Sep. 10 and got my money back. I tried calling Teen Hearts' phone number, but it's a Google number with a voicemail greeting of a man saying "Record...a...greeting!" This company just screams SCAM. Check out the reviews on BBB website too.

Same deal as everyone else, spent $60 on 4 shirts on July 30th. I got ZERO updates on my order, and when I emailed the customer service, they responded really quick to my surprise, saying it would be a couple more days. But now I’ve just been waiting. If I could just get some sort of update or tracking notification

Been a couple weeks now and still haven't received anything or any shipping updates. Would like to know how to go about getting a refund

I don't know what to do.

On March 17th I ordered four shirts for about $90, and I haven't received any of them.

I've been in contact with customer support on several occasions, and have had my order resubmitted a couple times (order numbers below) and still have not received any of the items I ordered.

I contacted customer support on April 6th about the order, got a reply on April 11th saying that it would be processed as soon as possible.

May 8th, I emailed again asking for an update. On May 10th I got a reply saying some of the items were out of stock and would be restocked and sent out as soon as possible.

June 9th, I messaged support again for an update. I was told the order had gotten stuck for some reason and was reordered to remedy it. I got an invoice (#D53313), followed by a new order number the same day. On June 23rd, I got an email requesting a review for the shirts I ordered. I emailed again and was told that it would be brought to the attention of the warehouse and that someone would keep an eye on the order.

July 12th I emailed again asking for some help. July 20th I was told that one of the shirts was on backorder and that I could choose a different color if I wanted. When asked how long the backorder would be, I got no reply. July 25th I again asked for help and switched the color to black. The same day, I received another invoice (#D53551).

August 2nd I emailed again stating that I had gotten a confirmation but no tracking info.

At this point it feels almost like I've done something wrong since it's been 6 months. In the time since I ordered and now, I've ordered a couple things from Etsy that have arrived faster, one from Paraguay and the other from Alaska.

I've emailed customer support many times. I've emailed the owner with no reply. I've tried to call and no answer.

I'm at a loss. I don't know what to do.

I'm tired of the same "We're sorry about this, we'll tell the warehouse, we'll keep an eye on this order." Because obviously they're not. What's wild is that I've ordered from them before with absolutely no problems. It's such a shame because I truly like their designs.

I'm a patient person but this is unreasonable.

Shirt took 40 days to be shipped. Just go on Amazon and you can find the same stuff shipped in 2 days. Customer support was dreadful, refused to cancel after requesting at the 2 week mark, didn’t respond to two additional emails, and finally responded to a 4th email after 35 days and upgraded an item I no longer wanted to priority shipping. Wanted to support a cool and unique company and they let me down completely.
