Items haven't shipped in 7 weeks. Contacted support multiple tines and they refuse to refund me

I ordered shirts that were "ready to ship" and it took them 2 and a half months to deliver them. They stated that if I payed a certain amount for shipping it would come in a certain amount of days. FALSE advertising and false statements. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this store. BTW the shirts feel itchy and you can feel the bad quality.

I ordered my shirt almost two months ago and it still hasn’t been shipped despite it being in stock. They won’t refund me my money, nor will they answer my emails in a timely matter with a solution. I will not be shopping here again and I highly advise you don’t either.

I ordered a single T Shirt 6/24/23, on 8/3/23 I sent them a very polite email asking what was going. Got the same story everyone else did about the new warehouse. Today is 8/11/23, I still haven’t even gotten a tracking or update email. If you don’t want to do the math, that’s 48 days I’ve been waiting for one shirt.

First purchase and will certainly be my last. I had been waiting for my order for over 2 months. They delivered one out of 4 shirts and then claimed they were almost caught up with their orders from their new warehouse location and would send me the other tracking number asap. Just said the same things they've been pedaling to every other person here waiting for their order. It's been 3 weeks since that last email. They got back to me claiming that my shipping address needed to be updated, but they had already sent the first part of the package! They already knew my shipping info, and that it was correct. I believe this was an attempt at dishonesty to cover for their asses. Within a day or two after complaining, they sent the remaining order. When they did finally come in, the shirts came reeking like vinegar.

Ordered a shirt on 6/28/2023. It hadn't arrived by 7/10/2023 so I contacted support. No response. I contacted again on 7/17/2023 threatening a chargeback, no response. I finally had to issue a chargeback on my credit card on 8/9/2023.

I bought from them last year and the year before. No issues then. I placed an order this year on June 22. Its now August 8th. I escalated to paypal and they simply threw me around in circles promising they would ship my order and ignored paypal when they reached out for me. I don't know what happened. They were great.

One of the most ridiculous customer service experiences I've ever had. I purchased two shirts as a gag gift for a friend June 13. His birthday was on June 19th, I figured a couple days late would be okay.
However we did not receive our order until JULY 20TH!!!! I reached out numerous times asking for a confirmation that my order had shipped, but they told me to "be patient, we will reach back out to our warehouse!" I gave them even more time, then decided it was enough waiting and asked for a refund. They informed me it's "against their policy" to refund an order.... well, once i escalated my claim to paypal, my order shipped the VERY NEXT DAY.

Would have given 0 but it won’t let me.
Placed an order for the newborn foot and hand print kit and it’s been 6 weeks…still no product and have emailed customer care twice for a refund and no response!
Now down £25 and no newborn print for my baby so I’m annoyed and upset I’ve missed out on this! They’ve taken away the print I so wanted for my final baby!! Not happy!!
Avoid!!

I purchased a t-shirt as a gift for a friend on June 26th 2023 and (like many others), never received the item, nor a shipping confirmation, and I was refused a refund when I requested one. Ultimately I had to file a dispute with paypal to get my money back (which was successful).

Their website states that "All graphic tees are in stock and ready to ship!", yet this seems to be plainly false. In my first email with them (July 10th), they blamed the delay on a recent warehouse move. A small amount of research reveals that the warehouse move was in April, and they state in their email instant reply that as of 6/15/23, they are no longer affected by the move and should be shipping in 2-3 business days.

By July 26th I requested a refund, to which they denied as a result of their 'refund policy', and a further request to have the item shipped (over a month late at this point) received no answer. I am very grateful I was able to recover my money through paypal.

Ultimately, I'm unsure how this company is still trading, as many trustpilot reviews reveal this same issue. Although their designs may be fun and unique-- PLEASE do not risk it until the company comes forward and takes accountability for their abysmal business practices!!! There are alternatives shops out there who will actually ship your order!

like lots of other people, i ordered over a month ago (6/17) and have sent multiple emails to no avail. one email said they would contact the warehouse about my order number, and ive still heard nothing. super pissed because the Brain Dead design that i purchased is from an artist i really like
edit: i have now received the shirt but only after several emails, id just stay away. print quality is not worth all of this

got an order from they before without any issues. this time though, sucks. i ordered over a month ago and still dont have a tracking number. ffs

Like others, I waited a month and still never received even a tracking number for my items. They did answer my email, but gave me an excuse about moving warehouses and asked me to be patient. Well, I was already patient for a MONTH, and you're supposedly in the US so why would it take so long? Looking through the reviews here, it seems they've been using that warehouse excuse since at least 2020. I put a claim in with PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SITE. Shout out to PayPal for having their customers backs.

Ordered in June and still have not received tee. Customer service is non-responsive. At this point, it’s clear that this business is a scam and are just stealing $$. Beware of companies like this floating around social media.

Placed the order in mid June. It's now 2 days from August. I contacted the seller several times and they were not able to provide a shipping estimate, despite their site quoting a 4-6 business day ship timeline. At the very least, please update your website to reflect your true shipping turn around. If it's going to be a month and a half or more for made to order goods, please state that on your site.

Took a month and a half to receive the shirts and when they arrived, they are lackluster in quality. Every one of them has some kind of visible roll mark or printing mark in the design and after one wash, the pattern is already cracking.

Their site only allows exchanges, not returns, so might as well consider myself out $150.

I bought a few shirts off of Teen Hearts after seeing one of their advertisements on Instagram. The person I got the shirts for really liked them, although I did notice a huge difference in the quality of fabric in shirts of different prices; the $13 shirts I got were of noticeably poorer material than the shirt that I got for $25.

While the prices were a little bit on the expensive side, it was the shipping fee that really threw me off. I don't know if I'd buy from them again, but the high rating is because the person I got the shirts for really liked the designs, and still wears them to this day.

Awful customer service. They are unresponsive after several emails, I waited a full month to get a gift for my sister and it didn’t come on time so
I had to get something else and they won’t refund me, they give me store credit so I all I did was just lose money because I don’t want to get anything from these people again. Awful scam site.

Cheap clothes for high prices

Bought 3pieces for 100+$us, Cheap see-through fabric, x-large fit like a large, prints are cheaply printed on the shirts, and doesnt accept return from canada

Really dissapointed by the quality of the clothes since they are more expensive than other brands

Shipping takes forever with minimal tracking and still missing 1 shirt from 1 1/2 month of "shipped or in process"

Don't waste your money

I placed an order for four t-shirts, and to my pleasant surprise, they arrived remarkably fast. Furthermore, I must emphasize that they bear an uncanny resemblance to the product images displayed on the website. It was through an advertisement that I stumbled upon Teen Hearts, and ever since then, I have become utterly captivated by their offerings.
