Great drinks, but flawed systems

Ordered via the website with a discount code I found on Google (THANKYOU50) which appeared to be valid throughout the entire checkout process, including on Apple Pay. However after my order was processed, I was charged the full price and the discount was removed. I immediately contacted support for my order to be cancelled, but it had been despatched by the time they responded to my email.

I was offered a partial refund of 20%, however the systems are very misleading with little room for resolution of issues which is particularly disappointing given the company’s ethical branding and ethos.

I would therefore urge anyone who is considering buying from them to purchase from an external supplier.

Don’t get into it.

I don’t know what to say I think this is the most addictive energy drink and it slowly catches up on you I warn people to stay away.
Been drinking for 3 years can’t stop idk

Terrible company! Do not buy from their website

Terrible company! I ordered 24 cans and when they arrived they only had 4 months date on them. When I contacted the company the same day to arrange a return, they denied all consumer rights, no cancellations and no returns. They said “it’s covered in the T&C’s” stupid me for not reading terms and conditions for energy drinks 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
I’m just glad I didn’t sign up for the subscription after reading the rest of the reviews. Ended up getting a refund from my bank because Tenzing refused to do anything.

I will never buy another product from this company, but if you’re really want to, I would suggest going via Amazon so you at least get your legal consumer and cancellation rights.

As a gesture of goodwill, we also offered to refund any unopened and unused cans remaining after the 6-month period, although we understand you chose not to proceed with this option.

Great product, great company

I had to give up coffee at some point and, since switching to Tenzing, I've been able to consume caffeine without feeling jittery or experiencing an energetic crash. My favourite flavour is the Raspberry & Yuzu - its very refreshing. Second favourite is the Lime & Mint (great in summer). I'm also sensitive to additives and things like that so the fact that its all natural ingredients is the reason I can consume for such a long-time. Been drinking for 2 years now.

I order the 24-pack online and it’s very efficient. But in the off chance that there are issues with the delivery I've always been able to email customer support and they're really keen on sorting out your issue. Very kind and immediately fix it.

Fantastic drink, fantastic company. I'm a fan.

Ordered the fiery mango 500ml drinks and a mix case of the 330ml. Id firstly like to say they taste great and are not overly sweetened which is fantastic.

Upon delivery the case of 12 500ml cans had been badly damaged which I cannot fault Tenzing for. However the customer service I received after emailed them onnthe condition was phenomenal, special mention to Alexandra who organised a replacement case for me and handled the who situation with kindness and haste.

I can safely say I will be a returning customer for these reasons.

Get Evri gone

After some initial delivery problems, that are only down to the courier (Evri) my drinks arrived at the second attempt. The customer service was a1 and the drinks too. Only reason a 4* is given would be due to the agro and rigmarole with the shipping method. If it was Royal Mail from the start it would have been 5*

Quick Summary

Got a selection of the cans delivered on 10th November. Had a chance to try all of them now. Starting with the positives, price is good, love the branding, delivery was also good via the Shop app; and can confirm that you get that good caffeine hit that lasts for a while, that's all great!

Unfortunately, I just didn't really like the taste of any of them, which is a real shame. It's not like any are bad, but not even good on any either in my opinion. But taste is subjective and it's worth giving a try. But sadly I would not buy from again as everything was just rather sour with not much taste difference between any. I cannot confirm or not how good the natural side of things are, but it's 3/5 for me.

Terrible customer and delivery services

Love the drinks. However had a few orders and all of them have taken a long time to be delivered and normally came bashed and damaged. The courier is normally EVRI. On my latest order the order didn’t arrive at all. I have emailed Temzing twice about this now and no reply. Great drinks terrible service!!

Buy in supermarkets AND not directly from them

I really liked the brand when purchasing drinks at the supermarket. During summer, they ended up spending a lot of money on ads.. there was a point where you couldn’t skip their ads on London buses or the Tube. But their customer service didn’t keep up.

No news after a week, not even an apology that the product wasn’t ready. Not a big deal on its own, but a series of bad behaviours followed. They sold a 2 year old outdated product. Yes, there was a sign saying the product would be out of date, but it wasn’t clearly communicated. I spent £50 and 3 months later after several follow ups, they still haven’t provided any proof of testing done by their team. I’m still waiting for at least a voucher.

In comparison Tailwind sells soon to expire products but clearly states the exact month of the use-by date.

Finally, there’s no way to cancel your subscription online, you have to send an email. I sent one 12 days ago, and no action was taken. Tenzing charged me again. Wow, so bad...

Such a good brand I respected, but unfortunately, it’s badly managed if you buy directly from them.

Also the lime and mint flavour is mega, now I have plenty but will definitely order again from the site.

Absolutely awful service

Absolutely awful service. Nice drinks but don’t buy them direct from the website. Evri are appalling and my parcel has been ‘at the delivery depot’ for the past four days.

Minimal reply from Tenzing. Useless customer serving from Evri. AVOID

By far my favourite energy drink

By far my favourite energy drink - great to kick start the day, or for a workout.
Had a bit of an issue with EVRI losing my parcel, so I was waiting quite a while, but the team were very responsive to my emails and got me a new box sent out straight away.

Problems Buying from website.

Enjoy buying their drinks from the shop. But recently not much stock has been available.

So I tried to go online and purchase through the website.

All I can say is AVOID. They only have one form of communication which is email, maybe 1 reply a day if you’re fortunate. Even with the replies they’re not helpful nor answer your question, but divert and give you the tracking number you already have.

The problem is they use EVRI delivery company. They are notoriously bad for delivering. My package has been lost / “out for delivery” for almost 2 weeks now. Again, I email tenzing and get a weak response once every 24 hours which says simply “hi, it’s out for delivery here’s your tracking, thanks!” I’ve asked for a refund twice, both occasions they have not mentioned it but just given me the tracking number.

Avoid, avoid, avoid buying online from them. If the product is faulty or never arrives, you’ll lose your money.

This was my first and now my last experience with buying from tenzing directly online.
