Terraceflags Avis 57

I have paid for two days of production and one day of delivery, which is ready for football Tour. However, I have not received any response from them regarding the status of my order. They have also refused to answer my calls or emails. This is extremely poor customer service, and I will be disputing the payment made as the items
are not arriving in time.

After speaking with them they did send this out and I managed to get it early morning before we left for football tour thanks so much

Great product and excellent communication throughout

Placed the order quite late and was worried that I wouldn't receive the flag in time as expected them to be busy with the play off taking place. Despite not being received before I set off for Wembley, Mat went over and above to make sure it was received for our play off game. Arranged for express delivery to our hotel by 9am on a Saturday morning.

Paid for 2 days production and 1 day delivery…. 1 week later the item still hasnt arrived. Now pointless - dont trust the dates or use this site.

Fabulous service, ordered photo flag on Thursday and it arrived on Saturday ( Easter weekend). I look forward to waving it around supporting a marathon runner! Thank you for your super speedy dispatch

Fantastic flags and brilliant service. I left it very late to order flags for a wake of a friend (family sensitivities over wording). Despite this, Chloe in customers services, the print team and everyone else involved, managed to come through with the flags.

Careful when you design your flag! Their software is poor and it does not take the hem into consideration but software will allow you to place your images close to edge. Disappointing result.
Delivery was fine and so was customer services initially when they offered to replace the flag, but then they ghosted me.

Ordered 5days ago, delivered today! The flag is a beauty, quality is mint and the creation tool to generate the flag was nailed on. Be using Terrace Flags again!

Excellent value for money

Ordered two flags and paid for express delivery. They didn't turn up within the guidelines time. Have emailed several times and had no reply. Complete scam company AVOID!

Placed order on 4th Feb, flag should have arrived by the 7th its now 20th Feb, they have ignored my emails and won't answer phone!
DO NOT USE!!
