Terraceflags Avis 57

I placed an order for a bespoke flag to take away on a group holiday. After 1 week had not received any update on my order. I sent a further 2 emails and received no response. I then raised a dispute with PayPal and within a few hours my flag was miraculously ready to be printed. This was too late as I was already on the holiday.
There are much more reliable companies to use than this one.

I had the same issue with my order, paid for express delivery and it never turned up on time for my company offsite event. I did request a refund, but no reply. I would suggest not using them due to their poor luck of meeting their agreement and poor customer service. They obviously need the money.

Amazing customer service.
An easy to use ordering system backed up by helpful and friendly real humans on the phone who answered my queries to ensure I got exactly what i needed and wanted.
They were let down by a courier and so Oliver arranged for an immediate remake of my order which was delivered in person by Graham (i do live locally - you wont get that if you live somewhere like Devon!)
A level of customer service that you won’t find f you order cheap crap from China.
Definitely use Terrace Flags if you want an excellent product with excellent service before, during and after they have your money.

Amazing flag, fantastic customer service! Can't remember who I spoke with but he was fantastic, ensured my product was right and all with little football banter along the way! Would highly recommend. Our order turn around time was 4 days in total. Super quick delivery. Thank you so so much, my son will be so chuffed at christmas!

Great website and order process but unable to meet delivery deadline during Euros. Despite several calls and being told that the flag would be sent out on time, it arrived after I had left for Germany! Very disappointing. Customer services did apologise and promised a refund which I have now been waiting for for over 2 months, despite 6 chasing phone calls. Apparently there is only 1 person that can issue the refund and he has been asked to no avail. Staff are always friendly and helpful over phone, but this is ridiculous. Do I have to send a legal letter? What a shame you have not refunded my £75 and left me feeling positive. I would never normally leave a negative review. PLEASE ISSUE MY REFUND

Great work on a flag with coat of arms. They were able to transfer a jpeg I sent and expand it for a 5'x3' flag. Recommended.
