Very easy and efficient Tesla rental, they made it very easy for us to enjoy our ride :)

Briefly, this rental went perfectly. The car was spotless and performed perfectly. Pick up and drop off was all very easy. One minor note for this particular pick up location at 1200 Pacific Coast Highway, El Segundo CA: I would suggest making sure to specify to the renter to use the entrance on Pacific Coast Highway only. I ended up using the parking entrance on the side street which later was closed after hours and closed on Sunday, so it made it a little bit more difficult to find my original car location. But again, this is a minor point and overall the rental was a perfect, frictionless experience! Thank you!

Considering this whole transaction is remote and there is no face to face contact with anyone it went very smoothly and efficiently. I did have to call the number for help regarding questions about the operation of the vehicle but my calls were returned in a timely manner and they were very helpful. I would definitely recommend this service and would gladly give them my business again.

Wow! What incredible customer service! It was so unexpected, and so welcome. This was the easiest car rental I’ve ever experienced.
I rented from them twice in one month, and they flexed with sudden changes in my schedule fluidly, with no stress to me.
Both times I rented a Tesla, when I arrived at Logan airport and opened my texts, I had 4 or 5 photos from the gentleman who assisted me with the rental, showing me where to go to find the car. He sent an airport map with important locations highlighted, photos of the correct elevator, the view of the parking area (and level/row/number sign), and the car/license plate.

They answered every text promptly, even late at night when I had a question that could have waited until morning.
The car was impeccably clean, (close to) fully charged, updated and exactly what I’m used to driving at home.

What a relief to drive a familiar car and not some lurching, stinky, gas guzzling ICE car with the windshield wipers placed where I'm accustomed to shifting.

I will definitely, positively rent from Teslarents the next time I’m in Boston. I look forward to seeing more Teslarents in other cities.

Great experience and profesional service. Highly recommend it. It exceeded my expectations in all ways. Tesla’s cars are the way to go. Not a single issue to complain about it. Plenty of super chargers in the road. Cost benefit is amazing.

The setup was kind of complicated, but the service was great. The representatives are very helpful with all my questions and available at all hours. I would definitely do this again.

Great Experience! I rented the Model X for Christmas so that my dad could fulfill his dream of driving a Tesla. This car had great features and it is very comfortable. I was helped out by Elliot, which helped me with all the questions I had and they provide a quick and easy way to check out and check in through messages. They even included a video if you haven’t been in a Tesla before.

The whole experience was incredibly convenient. As a renter, I was given all directions on how to pick the car up, what I need to know about the vehicle, and what steps I should take when leaving the vehicle. Would highly recommend to rent through this company. Plus the support is always there when you need it!

Rented the model y for our trip to New York! Couldn’t have gotten better. With white on white interior/exterior this car is a stormtrooper! Loved the service, cleanliness & overall newness of the car. Will rent again from teslarents!

I rented the Tesla S and I loved how quick and cool it is. I showed up at the garage at my time and the car was ready for me to use so there was no waiting in line and I was sent a YouTube video to help me figure out how the car worked. I will definitely rent from Tesla Rents again!
