The whole process was easy and the company was so accommodating. I had to reschedule last minute and they were able to for me in and then I wanted to move my rental date again and they did it! I had a bunch of questions that they answered and didn’t make me feel silly about. Then when I got the car (first time driver, rented the model x) I had to call Jason several times to figure stuff out and he was so patient and kind.
The car was beautiful and worked well. Def will recommend this company to others and will use it again.

What a great concept and experience. Picking up in Jersey City from Manhattan added about $100 in Uber fees and some time, so a delivery/pick-up might’ve been the only improvement- but not a huge deal. The pick-up and drop off was super simple. Great fun!

Easier than renting at the airport. The car was really nice and fun to drive. Good price for a premium rental and you don’t have to go to the gas station.

Awesome experience. Everything went smoothly and Kiersten was super helpful!

The Bad:
1) Pickup location was changed an hour prior.
2) Annoying, worrysome squeak from left front suspension that never went away.
3) Snow tires, still on the car, were noisy
4) 80 miles of usable range when picked up
5) Exterior was dirty

The good:
1) easy to schedule
2) Drove well
3) Bryan was super nice and helpful

The car was nice to ride ... the o ly disappointment was the cruise and auto-pilot never worked which restricted my enjoyment driving as I had to keep my foot on the pedal.

The whole process was very easy, from payment to pickup to drop off! The vehicle was clean when we picked it up. They made the whole process fool proof and provided all necessary info in convenient emails and text messages. I would use this TeslaRents again!

This was one of the greatest things I have ever done for myself. The Tesla I rented was by far the most incredible vehicle I have ever driven and I have been driving numerous vehicles for work for over 40 years. The rental was effortless, speedy and flawless. I would not hesitate to rent here again and I’m planning to rent again in 3 months. I can’t wait.
