AC/DC Rocks
I enjoyed the test and tag course very much. I learnt a lot of various useful info with online theory part of it and due to that had a little bit of knowledge for the practical so I was prepared for the use of electrical jargon. Practical was a bit hard for me to keep up with but I loved the experience and learning new things. The trainer was very descriptive, helpful and patient with all of the students. I would recommend this course.

online platform menu not very user friendly and have asked questions regarding a question which i now worked out on my own but was given no assistance or help whatsoever. waiting to progress to online portion but not sure now if i need to do anything or how to book it

I’ve reviewed your course activity and can see you were held up on a particularly tricky question. In situations like that, the quickest and most effective way to get support is to give our team a call- we’re always happy to talk things through and help students move forward. From what I can see, no calls or voicemails were received from your contact number during that time.
That said, I noticed you sent a couple of messages through the course platform, and unfortunately, they weren’t picked up as quickly as they should have been—and that’s on us. I’m genuinely sorry we didn’t get back to you in a timely manner. We've followed this up internally to ensure messages sent via the platform are monitored more closely moving forward.

The class session with Mark was very good and easy to do, but I found the online safety OHS modules dragging on and frustrating. you come away annoyed and mad, which in turn retaining all that information does not happen.

Great course, our trainer and the facilities were all excellent.
With so much information to learn, I think the course could be improved by running the face to face component over two days. Nevertheless I received a good result and am now competent. Thank you.

Tag & Testing for persons who have had a good experience in the Electrical and General workplace experience over a few good years.
The Face To Face Training Day was excellent. Mark Juric was concise, direct, and focused on what we needed to know to become accredited Test & Tag persons. The practical testing and written assessment was also spot on.
