Support Staff are Amazing!!!
Training was fantastic, everything we learned was taught well and I’ve been able to use the qualification in my workplace already! I also had a bit of a situation with getting some documents, and the support staff were absolutely wonderful to deal with. In particular a shout out to Demi for helping me through everything so quickly, you were a massive help, thank you again and can’t recommend them enough!!!

Fantastic course and an exceptional trainer
Mark was a fantastic trainer, he made the learning interesting, provided great knowledge and insights to suit a variety of industries and took the time to go back over any information that was not understood. I appreciated the extra time he gave myself and other students one on one when a further help was required. Great training and have put all my staff through the same courses.

Great Experience, would recommend.
Was such a great experience. I signed up for Welshpool, as I saw there was a sale. I’m glad that I did. I had Nathan as my trainer. He made everything easy to understand, even with my limited understanding of electrical knowledge. Was able to answer all my questions related to options for buying testers and starting my own business.
Overall it was an excellent experience, and I would recommend it to others. Both training with Nathan, or going in store to ask advice.

Mark our trainer was awesome
Mark our trainer was awesome. He kept us focused and engaged while sharing important information. I really loved his style. He was approachable, very well prepared, patient. He created a very good atmosphere. He balanced the theory and practical part very well, it was easy to understand. Everyone got a tester so we could do the testing individually, to learn how the whole process works. The lunch was included in the price of the training, the sandwiches were delicious. With a fully equipped kitchen, and a variety of milk in the fridge, you could have as many tea or coffee as you wished. The small sample bag as a “goodbye” gift showed a management with good vision.

not wonderful
I felt that the practical session wasn't particularly beneficial; many of the questions were vague, and I noticed some inconsistencies in your content that didn't quite add up. After completing the theory portion, I didn't receive any email, so I called to inquire about it. I ended up speaking with Neal Ripper, but the call dropped several times, which was frustrating for both of us. When I discussed troubleshooting the issue with Neal, he spoke to me in an unprofessional way and seemed to want to argue, accusing me of thinking he was foolish. As a 46-year-old man, I really don't have the time or patience for this kind of behavior. However, I had Molly for my practical test, and she was fantastic; her patience and guidance were exceptional, which is why I rated you with 2 stars.
