I've been with Test Buddy for a long time and have never had any issues until this week inviting students on to the course
As soon as I informed customer service that I couldn't get a new student logged in they didn't stop until the issue was sorted
A1 service !!!

I bought this from tik tok which had good reviews for Ann Winterbourne who it turns out is fronting for this company I’m unable to log in after two days of trying and have asked for a refund it’s extremely disappointing and funny these reviews are not on her tik tok page she stated she has nothing to do with this company yet you buy the course through her scam springs to mind
bought on the 29th December now 1st January and still not able to log in despite doing everything stated

Extremely disappointed with the service provided by this company. Their promise of a gift if you fail your first theory test was enticing, but my experience has been nothing but frustrating. Despite investing time, effort, and money into their program, I failed the test.
When I reached out for support, I encountered difficulties and a lack of understanding from their team. To add to my frustration, the test included questions that were not covered at all in their program. It's clear that the material provided was inadequate and did not prepare me for the actual test.
While there were some useful takeaways, I strongly advise potential users to look elsewhere for theory test preparation. You can find similar, if not better, resources for free on platforms like TikTok and YouTube. Save your money and avoid the frustration I experienced with this company.

This app/course is amazing! It has clear and easy instructions to follow and after using for 24 hrs, I’ve managed to master my hazard perception, signs and road safety questions.
If you’re having issues with understanding your theory, purchase this course. You won’t regret it!!!

Joined today, received first pay out today. I found it very easy to earn the money required to cash out. I received the money in my PayPal account within a few minutes.

This app is good when the tracking works. But some reason my phone doesn’t even seem to think the app exists. The games within ask to track but due to the tester buddy app it’s self not tracking it’s not working. I’ve email the company loads of times but never hear back from them. This app would be excellent if customer service actually answers

For the first couple of games you play that earn only a couple of euro's per hour there are no problems. But when you start playing games like warhammer tacticus, which grants you more then 10eur for reaching level 10 then the tracking does not work.

When you ask support you receive an automatic reply in a few minutes stating that if the game does not track they cannot fix it.

In this case you get NO REWARDS for playing the games for hours.

There a better and way more trustworhty apps out there that DO deliver what they promise!

There is an enthusiastic, even if fumbling at times, lady on YouTube that does these driving theory test videos. She links in them to this site and a course on it, designed ostensibly by her. There is an app, too. My daughter downloaded it and tried to sign up for a course for £39, which was an in-app purchase - at which point Apple Pay took the money, and it was deducted from her bank account, but the app cheerfully said purchase failed and did not provide any access to any courses. When we reloaded it offered us to pay £39 again. So, we cannot really comment on suitability of the paid content, if indeed it exists. Still trying to just get our money back. Not really a way to inspire young drivers at all.
