They were out of stock of the Diluc coat but after chatting with customer service and mentioning it was going to be a Christmas gift for someone they made my sibling’s size available for me to place the order ahead of time so I could get the gift in time 🥺 I love this site! I also really like the frequent updates on my packages :)

Everything about my product was great and arrived in good condition. The figure was highly detailed and looked accurate to the photo. However I was expecting to receive the figure carry on bag that was listed along with the figure. Not sure if that was included with my purchase or not.

Through no fault of their own, they had massive trouble getting my product shipped out. It took 3-4 weeks, but they were always ready to answer any questions and keep me in the loop. They worked hard to find a workaround to ship my product to me. I am extremely impressed with the level of customer service they have provided me. I will 100% be buying more from them.

Our order was exactly what we wanted and expected AND MORE!!! This is something that has been wanted for a VERY LONG TIME. There were high expectations and NO disappointments. Placing the order was easy and secure. At any time, we were able to check on the status and location of our order. In fact, the wait time was not as long as I expected; they were nice enough to throw in a few small gifts. The only thing disappointing is the tariffs, which we know is not the company's fault, but some other "villain" who I think lives in a white house? So again, thank you not only for the joy Genshin Impact has brought to us, but also for the new addition to our family that came in the form of a very nice dragon. I got a beautiful winter coat in Albedos style and a small gift for minor troubles that were communicated through mail beforehand. All in all, more than happy with the kind support, fast delivery and good quality ☺️

I knew I wanted the Aventurine bird plush after seeing some pictures online. My order (shipped to Canada) arrived earlier than expected! Packaging was secure and I will be keeping the cute Kirara delivery box too. Customer service was attentive and quick responses.

Great service! Was initially hesitant as i was unfamiliar with the site but the communication before during and after the sale was great. Shipping to Canada was relatively quick as well.

Everything was great, the service was fast and I loved that I could check my package status whenevrr I wanted.
They even sent a keyring gift with my package which was nice and cute.

The customer service was extremely good! Every time I had a question or asked for an update on my order, I received a reply very quickly! They were also very nice!

My order almost didn’t come in time, but they managed to squeeze it in just in time for when I needed it, I don’t know how they shortened the expected delivery date by so long, but I’m very thankful and glad for their services! It’s like a miracle :)

The clothes I ordered were very high-quality and beautiful! They even added in some freebie charms which were really cute :)

Overall 10/10 experience!! Would buy from them again :)
