After searching for a while for a particular official Mihoyo product I found this site. Seeing the price and the promise of genuine items I decided to try my luck. My experience as first time Teyvatavern buyer
Good customer service, Product quality meets expectations, Good communication with customer, accurate real time uppdate off items where abouts, items arrived in perfect conditions in good packaging, extra items reward for exemple keychains, stickers etc. Some items can take alot off time, but in my expericence its worth the wait.
