Superb Electric Gates and professionally Installed
the gates were delivered promptly and looked even better than i expected Edinburgh Electric Gates your installers were excellent in both putting the gates up & clearing all the rubbish away off site

The parcel didn’t / hasn’t arrived
The parcel didn’t / hasn’t arrived. Very frustrated due to the monopoly that TFS have on supply.
The task is now in delay because of the failed delivery.

Stewart. Following the review i believe we have been in contact with you to provide a proof of delivery .As with any order we are always able to help when we are made aware of the issue. Should you require additional documentation showing the proof of delivery on the date that the product was requested we are happy to provide it .The product was sent on the day of order and delivered on a next day service. Hopefully, the speed in which we responded once we were aware of your issue, and the tracking that was provided showing that we fulfilled the order on time, will allow you to review the 1 star rating that was given.

I called TFS for a spare part for a lock…I was put through to Matt and he was so friendly and knowledgeable he knew the part that I wanted and helped me sort it out. The part arrived today and it fitter perfectly. I would highly recommend thanks again:o)

Classic Emerald Gates Installation
Electric Gates Edinburgh recommended TFS Direct and, after viewing the various options and visiting a local installation, we selected the Emerald track sliding version in the stock RAL 9005 Black finish.
The gates, we purchased a side entrance gate also, have in our opinion a very classical style, simple with fine lines, nothing fancy but fantastic to view from our house.
The track system is supported by an underground steel H beam and the Lift Master motor is quiet, smooth and efficient.
We have not tried the Videx communications system often enough to comment however, the slimline control panel compliments the gate style.
We are delighted with the products.

I can see from our tracking that the order was placed on Wednesday evening after the cut off for same day shipping on Wednesday, meaning it was shipped on Thursday on a next business day service, which would have been a Tuesday delivery. The parcel was requested for pickup at a local delivery shop and was delivered yesterday, which was 1 day ahead of scheduled delivery. We are pleased that you have now picked up the parcel, but we will look at ways to improve visibility of the cut off time on the website. We display it at product page and on the cart, but understand that if this has not been noticed when placing the order that there may be improvements that we can make.
