Faulty lock replacement
I purchased a lock set from TFS Direct and when the kit arrived the lock was faulty. I contacted TFS and explained the situation.
Emily Machin was the sales support liaison and she was excellent! Very efficient and the whole process was smooth.
She explained I needed to return the faulty lock before receiving a replacement, which she arranged for me and the courier arrived the next day. I then received a new lock the day after.
I cannot fault the after care provided by Emily and TFS. I will definitely recommend to others and be a repeat customer myself.

Greenhouse door carriage
The whole process took very little time . Site was well set out and parts were easy to find. The parts i ordered were delivered promptly and in great condition, Exactly what i needed. I would use this company again without hesitation

Helpfull and knowledgeable
I called TFS and spoke with a very helpful chap called Matt, he was able to help with my refund request and saved me money. It was really good to speak to a knowlegable person, thanks for the expert advice on the replacement part needed.
