Unfortunately, when DPD attempted to deliver, there was nobody available to accept the order, and it was then sent to a pickup point for collection. As soon as we were made aware of the issue we immediately sent out a replacement product. We are very sorry for the delay and we dealt with it swiftly as soon as we were made aware of the issue.

Great customer service from Emily
Great customer service from Emily! I ordered the wrong part so called up to enquire about an exchange / refund. Emily explained the process and i ordered the new part. I then received an email from Emily completely off her own back with more information for me to check to ensure I got the correct part.
As a result of this TFS will now always be the first place i try when i need any hardware

I haven't used this Company before but will certainly use them again. The product was competitively priced, the delivery next day and communication excellent from themselves and their carrier. 5 stars.

Goods have not arrived
Goods have not arrived, so can't rate yet. TFS have been helpful and tried to track with DPD.
DPD just say there has been a delay.

Thank you for sending over details of your issue. We received your email this morning, and hopefully you were pleased that we dealt with this within 10 minutes of being made aware of the issue, we were then waiting on DPD to confirm details with us so we could provide further feedback to you regarding the status of the delivery. We fully appreciate the frustration at DPD being unable to deliver on time, and while we take full responsibility of your order until it is in your hands, we have done all we can to deal with this as quickly and efficiently as possible once we were made aware of the problem. When issues like this arise, although infrequent, it is just as frustrating for us as it is for our customers, especially when your order was picked and shipped within 3 hours of being placed with us, so please do accept our apology. If our service wasn't up to standard, we will be happy to have DPD return the product to us and give you a full refund. I can assure you that we have done everything from our side to rectify. Should you still feel like the 1 star rating is a fair reflection of our service, it would be great if this could also be reflected in a review of the courier also.

No mess. No call out charge and it cost less than expected. I would definitely recommend these electricians.

While we would love to take credit for this lovely review,it seems there may have been a little confusion. Here at TFS we supply security gate hardware and access control components, and the work undertaken by another TFS should be credited to them and not to ourselves.
