I ordered 3 bridesmaids dresses in their sale on the afternoon of Friday 17th May..... they arrived by just after 4pm the next day and without next day delivery!
The dresses are beautiful quality, gorgeous material and so well made, my bridesmaids are going to look so beautiful! (They already are, but the gorgeous dresses are a bonus). The bust area of the dress has what feels like additional support, which has allowed my larger busted bridesmaids (D-E+) to go without a bra easily.... we even did a bounce test, those bad boys aren't going anywhere.
One of the dresses was a size too small (satin has zero give, so these dresses are very true to size), so needed to be returned and a larger size ordered... after contacting the team at TH&TH, they dealt with the request fantastically.

Cannot rate these guys enough... 10/10 service and quality.

If I could give a million stars I would! I have 5 bridesmaids and 1 of them needed a different size that was out of stock online. Louie went above and beyond to locate the dress in the size I needed and get it to me. One less thing for me to stress about!

I purchased the TH&TH bridesmaids smoked orchid Graces dresses for my wedding in May, they were stunning and made the wedding perfect. Unfortunately there are no wedding shops in Wales that stock this brand so I could only order and try on the dresses from online. The product is great however the customer service needs improvement. I was part of their sample sale in December and was able to purchase a bridesmaid dress for cheaper than retail price. I had not heard from TH&TH about the dress for over a month so emailed them and they said the dress was lost in the post? I wasn’t aware the dress had even been sent. I told them I hadn’t received it and asked if they could send another or give me a discount on the new dress. They refused and explained that because they were a small company they could not compensate me.
Returning dresses back to the depot was also an issue.I emailed TH&TH several times after the allocated returns policy if they had received my return and when I could expect my money back. The process for 2 dresses in different months took around 6 weeks to get my money back. Please be aware of this if you need to return for sizing.

My bridesmaids wore Athena in Pistachio. They were absolutely stunning and everyone commented how gorgeous the dresses were. The girls also commented how comfortable they were. Best service xx

We used TH&TH for our bridesmaid dresses and they were absolutely perfect. The style, the colour, the material - they fit in with our wedding day amazingly well!

I made my first order last week, I ordered 3 dresses ( exactly the same just different sized) when they arrived 1 of the dresses was missing. I ordered next day delivery as I needed these for the following week. I emailed the company on Friday and had a response Monday, apologising for the error ( and delay in responding with a valid reason for this) and to let me know the missing dress had been sent out straight away with next day delivery, so would arrive in time for when I needed it. The dresses are perfect, such a beautiful design. Customer service was absolutely amazing.

Absolutely beautiful dresses! The fabrics are beautiful and they even send you little swatches to match the rest of your decor to. Such amazing quality too and the team over there couldn’t be more helpful with questions .

Absolutely faultless, the team at Th&Th are incredible. The quality of these dresses have led me back time and time again! I'm fortunate to have 5 dresses my latest for a military ball. The fit, the fabric and the flawless customer services - there is nothing the girls can't help with!

Quick delivery of dresses, dresses arrived well packaged and are lovely quality. Returned as the sizing runs very small and it was too costly to re-order. Returns and refunds are very slow. I got confirmation that the returned dresses had been received by TH&TH on the 4th April and my account has still not been credited. Lovely bridesmaids dresses if you can try on and buy in store but I wouldn’t recommend purchasing online unless you can be sure they will suit.

Difficult return process, sent bridesmaid dresses back. This cost upwards of £10 to return the parcel. The dresses were sent to be stating 2kg on the label so when I put details in to return I put the exact same weight as they did paying £4 something for the return. I then received an email from the returns company to tell me the parcel was overweight and I needed to pay an extra £6+ fee before the item would be delivered to the TH returns depot. No acknowledgement email from TH when my parcel had arrived like I saw on the delivery tracker meaning I had to chase, the customer service team were lovely but they need to stop blaming their processes on being a small team, it’s wedding season and their dresses are promoted everywhere so it’s a poor excuse. Eventually got my refund and wouldn’t ever order again or recommend other bridal friends to order from here, too much hassle… the dresses were lovely quality but oh boy were they STATIC!

I wore a beautiful th&th velvet bridesmaid’s dress for my friend’s winter wedding (it was my job to sort the dresses for the bridesmaids) after trying to find something lovely that worked on lots of different heights and body shapes we all fell in love with the th&th dresses, we went for different styles, in two different colours and they all looked beautiful in real life and in the photos, and all the bridesmaids were over the moon! There was a couple of interactions with the customer service and they were super helpful in their response both times. Once you’ve tried on a few bridesmaid’s dresses, you’ll notice the real quality of these dresses, they make you want to play dress-up long after the wedding!

Th&Th is an amazing company. I recently bought my bridesmaid dresses from them and I am so pleased with the beautiful quality of the dresses. Although there was a minor issue with my order, the team delivered the best customer service, replying to my emails and rectifying the issue very quickly. Customer service was responsive and so helpful - got back to me within half a day to resolve my issue. The issue was entirely of my own making but they sorted it out with no fuss at all, very helpful. Oh and I should add their dresses are stunning in real life!

TH&TH sent my bridesmaids down the aisle looking cool, fresh and chic - they were recommended by a friend and I’m so glad I listened. From top to bottom the experience was grand - from Katie’s great humour and knowledgeable recommendations to the deliveries with perfect fits for all. After shopping around for what felt like months and receiving so many bad quality dresses from other online bridesmaid dress companies, I feel like I have found the holy grail of bridesmaid dresses.
