An enjoyable experience!
There were a range of factors that I was delighted with at the The Hearing Care Partnership but primarily the professionalism of all staff from reception to the specialists.
The specialist, Celeste, was extremely knowledgeable and made the journey along the range of hearing tests through to setting up the hearing aids a pleasure.
This has resulted in hearing aids matched to the issues I have and now I'm able to hear and enjoy conversations, music and listening to nature again. Many thanks!

Ear wax removal
Gina was very friendly and knowledgeable, great service got in the same day for ear wax removal. Totally clean ears now and even got to see the results on the little camera. Full hearing test as well, perfect hearing now. Also had a look at my wife's ear and no need to wait for a doctors referral to ENT for fluid behind the eardrum.
