The Hearing Care Partnership Avis 

I met Faisal for the first time today for a hearing test and programming of my hearing aids, and I have to say it was a total pleasure, he took his time to explain everything to me , and nothing was too much trouble to him, he is a total credit to the company.

I visited the Hearing Care Partnership today and was so impressed. Having been experiencing tinnitus for about two weeks they quickly established that there was nothing wrong with my hearing and offered me reassurance and advice for dealing with the sounds. The staff were so friendly and professional and I would have no hesitation in recommending the service to others. Thank you so much.

I treated myself to the Top of the range hearing aids and although I had been wearing NHS ones for about 3 years, these New ones were Life Changing!!

Maybe it's all to do with technology or maybe it's the personal aftercare followups from Edward who was friendly and helpful.

Either way I totally recommend you do as I did and come to these people.

Story time:
As a child I remember clouds of butterflies and over the years I realise the farm pesticides have killed a lot of them.

I also believed the pesticides had killed all the birds but when I got these hearing aids, I could hear the birds and realised they WEREN'T DEAD!!

I recently took my elderly mother to Jones opticians, Kingstanding to have her ear wax removed followed by a very thorough hearing test. Faisal, the audiologist was fantastic with her. He made her feel at ease, took his time with her, and fully explained what he was doing along the way. After the hearing test he clearly explained her hearing results in a very professional way.
I would highly recommend anyone needing an audiologist to check their ears use Faisal.

He made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain everything clearly and carefully. The level of care and attention was excellent.

I had the pleasure of meeting Claire Francis for my first ever hearing test last Tuesday. I was a little concerned because I knew something wasn’t quite right.

She was immensely knowledgeable and efficient without blinding me with science and possesses a very charming manner.

I made an appointment with the Hearing Care Partnership, as a result of some hearing loss. I had already been tested through the NHS and had been issued with their hearing aids which were an improvement but not as much as I had hoped. I was seen by one of their audiologists, James Burt in Portishead. He was very professional and conducted a hearing test which concluded as with my NHS test that I had hearing loss which would benefit with the use of hearing hearing aids. James explained the various plan options available to me in detail, with no pressure to take up their services. and the as there is a trial period without obligation, I took up the top package. I could immediately notice a substantial difference between the NHS provided Phonak devices and the Oticon devices provided by the Hearing Care Partnership. The sound quality being far superior without background hiss or substantial disturbance due to wind whistle. The various settings in the app for differing situations are also very good. I would highly recommend them.

Brilliant appointment with James this morning to clear and remove wax from both ears. Been struggling with this in recent weeks and can now hear perfectly again. Wonderful service and would thoroughly recommend. Thanks so much James!

Two days ago I went to Varcoe Eyecare in St. Austell for a hearing test. Having had very poor hearing for many years and previous aids which were no help at all I did not expect much. However WOW! I saw Shellie who was fantastic, after she heard all my hearing past problems she explained clearly why this had happen and what she could help me. With. with the aids in my ears YES I could hear [I didn't want to take them off} Can't wait till next Monday when I pick up my own pair. Wonderful I'll be able to talk to others without saying, sorry,. I can't hear you all the time.

Exceptional Service

I am writing this review in recognition of the exceptionally good service which I received from James Burt when visiting The Hearing Care Partnership branch at Portishead on Thursday 3rd and Monday 14th July.
I received a full hearing assessment followed by the provision of hearing aids which are attuned with precision to my personal needs. Should these needs change at a later date, the aids are exceptionally flexible and can be finely adjusted to suit.
In both visits there was much essential and detailed information given to me, but this was fully and clearly explained with demonstrations and guidance, but with no haste, thereby making the experience both enjoyable and relaxing.
The Portishead branch is a new one, and has been housed by the very well established opticians “Dyer and Scott”, so Portishead residents are now provided with truly exceptional optical and hearing care at the same High Street address!
Thank you again so much James for taking so much care for my hearing, and similarly to Dyer and Scott for your exceptional optical services.
