We emailed via our online system to say unfortunately the dress was out of stock but we were happy to refund you and send you a complimentary dress in the same style but different colour. We have only just seen your Instagram message, these are monitored during working hours and it was sent at 7am on a Sunday morning so we missed it. We will refund you now. Fabulous service
Rebecca is so lovely, you message her to find out sizes or if she has any items left and she always replies. You can order through click and collect and she puts to the side the bits that you want and you can collect when it convenient. She always has lovely bits especially her cosy jumpers/cardigans. Always friendly, welcoming and talkative as soon as the door opens. Fabulous service - will definitely be back!
