Worst sizing experience

At this point I give up with their sizing. So I have purchased several dresses over time. The linen one you have to size up, the ones with a bow or a rose in front you should size down. Annoying and inconsistent. However when I got a pair of the Lulu bow slippers I lost it. I wear 39/40. Ordered a 39. These are clown shoes. No joke. I would have to size down like 3 sizes. I have no way of returning them because of customs and taxes. So I am stuck with them knowing I will never wear them out. I actually asked my husband what he thought and he just laughed. It is bad. Do not purchase shoes from sleeper.

Unglaublich schlecht organisiert

Leider eine totale Enttäuschung. Ich habe ein Pyjama bestellt und bezahlt. Nach ca. 9 Tagen fragte ich nach, wann dieses verschickt wird. Daraufhin wurde mir geantwortet, dass meine Bestellung in meiner Größe nicht lieferbar sei und ich soll zu den 28 Euro an Versandkosten noch mehr drauf zahlen, denn es gäbe eine Möglichkeit aus der Ukraine ein Exemplar zu liefern. Wie bitte ?!🤨 Nach 14 Tagen schrieb ich erneut den Kundenservice an und bat mir das Geld zurückzuverweisen. Daraufhin wurde mir ein Angebot von 115% gemacht. Erneut wie bitte?!😳 Ich soll etwa weiterhin als Käuferin mein Vertrauen an so ein schlecht organisiertes Unternehmen schenken?! Nein, danke. Ich versuche über den Käuferschutz mein Geld zurückzubekommen. Ich rate vom Kauf bei diesem Unternehmen ab.

lovely experience and magical dress

"Resolving the Issue: Initial Frustrations Addressed with Care"



The team finally got in touch with me, even though I had a pretty negative experience with the delivery. We’re still in the process of resolving the issue. Since this was a rather expensive purchase, my initial review was quite harsh, as I wasn’t sure if anything would be done. But now I can see that they took my case seriously and are addressing the issues with proper attention.

I can say that you might be able to rely on these folks, after all. They do step up when it matters, even if it takes a bit of time.

Never received my dresses, 2 months after purchase

Took them approximately 2 months to figure out that the dresses I bought was out of stock, while having to chase them multiple times, they didn’t contact me ONCE to tell me this them selves. They made a withdrawel of the money from the order, so having a lot of money out of pocket, without receiving anything. Bad service and seems like a scam

Shop at your own risk

I ordered a PJ set and a linen dress one month ago and I still have not received them. I contacted the seller and they first gave me the run about telling me that I just had to call UPS and confirm my details and they would deliver. When I called UPS they said they had no idea why the seller made me call them when the seller had to open an investigation for the lost package. Now the seller is refusing to send me a refund until the investigation is complete "because UPS may still find the package or compensate". It has been 3 weeks since I first contacted them about not getting the products I paid for and they have digged their heels into the ground about not refunding despite my sending them several emails clearly stating I wanted a refund. I had to put in a complaint with my credit company yesterday. This has been an absolutely waste of time (and I await to see if they will just take my money too).

Refund not being issued

I returned a slip and can see from tracking it has been back with the company for over a month. I’ve emailed them three times about my refund but they just ignore all my emails (they were very quick to reply when I was querying before buying)

I had an issue with a dress that o ordered through Net-a-porter. Net-a-porter were extremely unhelpful however Sleeper saved the day. I had excellent customer service from Anastassia. I will definitely shop with them in future and only directly!

A very mixed review

A very mixed review. While I love the style and design of the striped oversized pyjamas I’ve had for nearly a year now, the quality and execution does not match the high pricing.
The stitching around the collar, sides of legs, and arms separated after a few months.
But my main issue is the turn up on the bottom of the legs. The stitching is only on the side seams and not the full way around the bottom to keep it secure. This results in tripping over them constantly as the extra fabric is like a pocket for catching your feet. I’ve lost count how many times I’ve nearly fallen down the stairs because of this. I’ve two friends who wear these pyjamas too and complain of the same problem.
My impression is the pyjamas have been made with style in mind but not quality. I wouldn’t recommend buying if you’re hoping to wear them more than a few times.

I absolutely LOVE sleeper clothes

I absolutely LOVE sleeper clothes! They are an investment that will stand the test of time and totally worth the price. I do have to save a little first but as I say, they are such great quality with fantastic attention to detail in the styles. Also, you know you’re wearing something that not everyone else will have. Apart from amazing clothes they also have incredible customer service. They go above and beyond to help you in every way they can. On top of all that they are still working and making amazing products while their country is under attack. Shopping with Sleeper is an all round amazing experience. I will be always be a sleeper customer! Highly recommend you give them a try, You will not be disappointed. Especially if you are looking for unusual amazing quality designs.

A bit expensive for the quality

Bought the feather pajama pants. They did not actually dispatch my product until I reached out to the customer care team, who was pleasant to deal with, although slow if you go through instagram DM. Email is faster. However, when they actually dispatched, it was quick to arrive to Australia, indicating that it isn't the shipping times that you should worry about, it's their internal dispatch time. Quality is not up to standard with the price that they're charging, and this is me waiting for final sale before buying. Definitely don't buy at non-sale pricing. Feathers are too delicate and kept dropping out. Also, they're quite sparse and not as fluffy as shown in the photos on the site. I suspect the product won't last long as the feathers may all drop after a few wears. The pants itself without the feathers is okay. It's thicker than the satin you get at Zara at least, but I'm 158cm tall and needed to get the pants altered as it's too long.

Great Customer Service

I placed an order on sleeper website, and my size sold out. Victoria helped me by exchanging my dress for a different color! I have been wanting this dress for so long and now I have it on the way to me!! 🥹😊 thank you Victoria and the management team for hearing me and rectifying the problem!
