Sleeper Avis 

I bought a set of pajamas on dec 3rd thinking it would arrive before New Year’s Eve , on December 13th , 10 days after placing my order I contacted their customer service ( no issues there , lovely person ) they told me my order was being made and it was going to be shipped in a week or week and a half ,almost New Year’s Eve and still no signal of my item being shipped , I contact their customer service again a couple of days ago and still no answer , I paid through Klarna and now I’m having issues with them cause it’s been so long since my order has been “pending “ at this point I’m so disappointed, I was a recurrent client and never had any issues , but this certainly leaves a bad taste in my mouth ,not sure if I’m going to purchase anything from this brand again .

I love love my Sleeper outfit, the quality and craftmanship are really obvious and I am enjoying wearing it so much! Packaging is really luxe too... I have to also give big thanks to their amazing customer service, especially as I had some challenges getting the package in time for Christmas (the postman delivered it to the wrong address, so my package was lost for a few days). Anastasiia from The Sleeper team was super helpful during that entire time and they even offered to send me another pajama, again, if the previous one got lost somewhere during delivery. That was much appreciated, thank you so much!

Needed to return and they made it easy, love the product

So bad… my trousers never arrived and customer service is absolutely not responsive. They have been ignoring me for almost a month now! Do not order with shipping in Europe, maybe they are better with the US but in Europe they are just unreliable.

Despite advertising 'free returns' this is not the case. If returning from the UK you will need to return to the Ukraine at a cost of £25 for one dress.
Not impressed, I should have read all the reviews before I purchased

Totally in love with Sleeper outfits, tend to buy every season a piece or two. Also, so pleased with their customer service team, especially Varvara. I purchased a linen suit a few months back and after a couple of washes the material started to fray due to it being quite thin and delicate. Varvara offered to make me a new blouse for gratis with no hesitation.

Great customer service. It’s a very client oriented brand. Loved the clothing quality. Special thank you to Varvara for willingness to help and empathy. Definitely would recommend this brand to friends.

i had a problem with the website and the customer service has been stellar. they are nice and easy to work with and i LOVE the pj’s i ordered. i go them for my xmas card this year and i cant wait to wear them becasue they are sooooo soft and comfy. i will recommend Sleeper to all my friends.

I’ve purchased two Sleeper dresses. One I purchased directly through the official website. They ship fast, package arrived at my home within 3 days. The dress came with a special storage bag and a notecard with the name of the employee who made your item. I think it’s a neat idea because it’s a reminder that real people work hard on the clothes we wear and usually take for granted. I have Belle and Brigitte dresses both in Pink Vichy (pink gingham), it’s the perfect shade of pastel pink. The dresses are so comfy, simple yet beautifully detailed. The Belle in particular is one you can both dress up or down. This is a brand I’ll be following from now on.

I placed an order and found that the pajamas I received were much too small. Marina from Sleeper took care of the exchange for me very kindly. I had a good experience. Although it was a little unexpected to pay for shipping, I did receive my order in a reasonable amount of time. I wanted to add too that the quality of silk is absolutely unmatched. I collect silk pajamas and I found it to be incredibly thick and the finishes are gorgeous.

I never seen like this customer service they always help and every time i order i know that i have good choices for chose this brand i have corner in my clothes only from sleeper i have best pyjamas ever i can wear them in gathering family and in any where else even i have depression if i wear them i feel like im a princess in my littile home i can spend money in pyjama more then dress for out side wearing you can wear it every day even but i could not wear it if will sleep is comfortable but very sensative like the party pyjamas but still worth it !
