The work to replace a pot hole damaged wheel was dealt with quickly - The staff were proactive and kept me informed. However, this would have been a 5 star review if the tyre replacement hadn't taken... Voir plus

I was well informed from start to Finish
I was kept well informed about when my repair would take place. My car was collected by them and issued with a courtesy car. After the repair was completed I was pleased to find they had done an excellent job. Also they returned my car cleaned inside and out. I thought their service was really good. The staff very helpful I would definitely recommend them

Awful communication
Awful communication, promise of call backs never materialised.
Six different delivery dates, with no explanation, had to do all the calling to find out what was going on.
Surely this was easy to correct, but went on right up to the day before delivery.

From 1st contact to final completion, found all staff friendly and informative.
The repair was very good, could not find any fault at all. The car was returned in a clean condition.
