Our off market sale journey started with a letter which was sent to us by Tim informing us that he had a client looking for a special property with particular features.

When I emailed Tim he was very professional and prompt with his responses. Tim paid us a visit and talked through the ‘off market sale’ concept. It really appealed to us as it was discreet and the property would be targeted to the correct audience. It cut out an endless stream of viewings and time wasters.

From the initial consultation through to completion, the process was smooth working with Stuart Castle. I had approached a different estate agent in Sevenoaks originally for my estimate but they weren’t optimistic about there being much appetite for my property - and in fact quite dismissive. Though Stuart was realistic about the market being slow, he took a really personable approach to ‘sell’ the flat. The marketing video with a great talk track really captured that it was a cared for home which I think really made a difference. I was shocked that it sold at asking price within 48 hours but this is testament to the professional, personable and proactive approach that he took for getting it on the market. Would 100% recommend.

Tony isn't your traditional Estate Agent and I say that in the most positive way! Tony has a very personable and personal approach to selling. He really invests alot of time and energy into selling your property. You never feel like you are one of many online ads. After three local agents, we tried Tony and we were very happy we did. As others have said, Tony really works hard to get the paperwork side of things moving and even mucked in on completion day when I was cleaning the house as the movers were late!!
Communication was excellent. Tony was contactable outside of office hours which was a real positive for us. Sometimes when work is so busy you just don't have the brain space to deal with things in work hours so what could normally take a day to get sorted ends up taking several but not with Tony. We received updates and calls in the evenings if needed and we were super pleased with that.
He was even in contact when he was on holiday! (I mean he did send pics of the skiing holiday he was on whilst I was in the Chi office and it was grey and cloudy but I will let him off for that ....)

Dallas Clements took on trying to sell my property after no luck with another estate agent. Dallas made a video of the inside of my property as well as drone footage which I thought was great! It looked really professional! He also shared the video to local FB groups. Dallas really knows his stuff when it comes to buying and selling properties. I ended up accepting an offer which Dallas negotiated to try and get me the best possible price. Dallas provides an honest and personable service and adds you into a whatsapp group with him and his sales progressor Jayne, who are both available and responsive to answer any questions and to give you regular progress updates. Jayne is very knowledgeable, keen and proactive when it comes to the sales process and was on hand to answer any questions I had - (There were many) 😅 ... You don't get this sort of service from high street estate agents. Dallas and Jayne make a great team! I'd be lying if I said that the selling and then finding / buying an onward property was a stress-free process, but with Dallas and Jayne by my side it felt like a smoother experience overall. I would use Dallas again and would recommend him if you want to get your property sold with a personable touch 👌🏻 Thanks again Dallas and Jayne 🤝🏻
