Although there were some chaos where both seller and buyer pulled out from the chain but he didn't give up, found another buyer within 2 days. My second buyer picked a bad solicitor but luckily Michael was keep pushing them to get everything sorted. He recommended a great solicitor to me and I have to say I wasn't disappointed.
