I have ordered my parcel on 19 December due to some problem I cannot take my order on 24th of December and after that there was a email come on my phone that you are order that was extended and then it showing that the order date will be 28 of December so I wait for the date but on 28 December I don't get the parcel and other hand on the website it's showing that your parcel is delivered after that when I tried to contact with your store from mobile number or email there is no reply have yet given from your side..
I have a very bad experience with Amritsar Store please solve this problem so the other customer don't face this and convenience thank you..

Unfortunately, as this was a Cash-on-Delivery (COD) order, the courier partner encountered unforeseen circumstances that prevented successful delivery. Despite our best efforts, including personal intervention with your relative Mr. Yogendra ji to resolve the issue, the delivery agent was unable to complete the shipment due to his absence at time of delivery.
Regrettably, despite these efforts, the shipment was ultimately returned to us without any cost to you. This resulted in the deduction of both outward and return shipping costs from our account, further compounded by the negative review we received.
We understand your frustration, and we value your business. If you are still interested in purchasing the shawl, we would be happy to facilitate a pre-paid order and arrange for delivery through a different courier service.
