Well packaged and prompt delivery Only thing was delivery driver left the Cardboard parcel outside which was fine, but in heavy rain!! Some other deliverers will put there packages in a waterproof... Voir plus

I absolutely love the fishtail braid I bought from The Baby Den! 🤍 The quality is beautiful, the colour is gorgeous, and it looks so soft and luxurious on Evelyn’s bed. It’s exactly what I was looking for and finishes her bed off perfectly. I’m so pleased with my purchase and would definitely recommend The Baby Den! 🥰

SCAM SITE, Do Not Buy, you will NOT get what you have ordered, will break your consumer rights, refuse refunds, stay well away or loose your money. COMPLETE SCAM.
The Baby den have already tried to remove this review for defamation that was rejected by Trustpilot.
Any emails you have received are in no way related to this review, yet another excuse by The Baby den to have a review taken down, who knows how many BAD reviews have been removed due to this.
I have not uploaded further private information as I do not want threatening or abusive emails from The Baby den.

Ordered a knotted cot bumper which usually say they take up to 3-4 weeks to arrive to my surprise it arrived within 4 days it goes perfect with my daughters room. High quality very impressed

We had to change colour right after buying it. The customer team were extremly flexible and updated the colour and gave as much information we could to make a decision. The delivery was done very smoothly and the braid is perfect, looks absolutely great! Thanks again 🥰

Highly recommend car seat blankets
I was given one of the car seat blankets and love it so much I purchased one for a friend. I Can’t recommend the car seat blankets enough for winter, so thick, cosy and luxurious for baby. I always got so many compliments for mine.

Brilliant customer service with very fast replies. My baby nest arrived with an issue, but it was rectified quickly and professionally with no hassle. The team were responsive, helpful, and resolved everything straight away. Really impressed with how efficiently they handled it.

Order arrived way faster than expected , I ordered wrong colour emailed and got a prompt reply and issue sorted even though it was in progress. Pleated baby nest is totally Lush and my daughter loves it . Highly recommend the company & service .
