The Back Shop (Now Back In Action tm) Avis 

I've had a bad back for 9 years and had had enough. I found Back in Action Marlow store to try out sofa, chairs and mattresses. Iliana the Manager there let me stay all day to try out the furniture. This is essential to get the right fit. She was so helpful and professional, always keeping me updated with my orders and often went out of her way for me. I bought an ergonomic office chair which is amazing, a sofa and recliner (Stressless) and mattress. All have helped me so much so far. Just awaiting back surgery now. Back in Action Marlow were amazing, thank you. I highly recommend them.

As a big guy ( 6 ft 5' ) I was having real trouble finding a suitable chair for home office / studio usage until I visited The Back Shop . Sean was excellent to deal with from the offset , offering expert insight and advice in helping me make my decision . I ended up opting for a custom built posture alignment chair known as ' The Shannon ' .What can i say , this chair has literally changed my life ! I can now spend many hours working in my studio and office in full comfort and I mean * full comfort . My concentration & productivity have gone through the roof as a result . Sean was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish and I 100 per cent recommend anyone out there to invest in one of these amazing chairs , it will greatly enhance your life .

Placed an order a few days ago and was advised it had been despatched using Royal Mail 24 tracked. It took 3 days, but it has arrived and is exactly as wanted. Can’t really complain at delay given circumstances, but have knocked one star off. However, thanks to the company and the Royal Mail.

Something had happened to this Company because their customer service has closed down. I would be very wary of purchasing anything as they may have ceased trading.

The 3 stars are for poor customer service, the product I’d give 5.
