Excellent website, products and service. My Dynaspine travel support is sheer heaven and in its well designed travelling pouch, fits neatly into the top zippered compartment of my suitcase.

The blurb said that I might have to wait a few days for delivery but I was delighted to receive the 'Backfriend' delivered to work the next day. Suffering, as I do, from a bad back, only those with pain will recognise the value of such a service. Well done Backshop. Anyway that's the service. And now to the backchair - it seems to be working, I have less pain than I did a week ago. I may have to get another for home, car etc. It was recommended by a work colleague who swears by hers. At the time of writing I would recommend the back support I bought from the Backshop. It is simple, but effective
and, although I have only had it for a short time, it is doing my aching back the world of good.

This is the third 'back friend' support I have purchased over the last 20 years and would not manage without it. I am relieved this item is still available. The Back Shop provides a reliable professional service.

Excellent quick service. The product is good, but takes a little getting used to. Looks as though it will be useful ion lots of different settings, so far I have only tried it on the sofa and dining room chair. Nice to have a soft back support that still provides the lumbar support.

Ordered a BackPal from the Back Shop and got all the information I needed to make my choice on the website. Ordered at lunchtime on Friday and presto, my BackPal arrived with the morning post on Saturday. Brilliant.

Tracking number: 9172717280) was delivered by a very pleasant delivery man who made the effort to find my office in a very large building behind locked doors (when usually delivery personnel just drop it off at our goods delivery yard). This was most definitely a WOW moment and put a smile on my face. I must add, this was simultaneously happening when I was advising a colleague to keep a look out for the delivery!

Because the price was so competitive I was a little sceptical that there could be customer service to match. How wrong I was! I placed the order one morning and the backfriend was delivered the very next afternoon. Astonishing.

Hi I needed to replace my Back Friend, was going to order direct from ME Design but found them too pricey. Found The Back Shop after doing an Internet Search they had exactly what I wanted for £21 cheaper!! Ordered in the afternoon and couldnt believe it the Courier got me out of bed the very next day! Unbelieveable quick service, great price and no postage costs. No complaints what so ever. Thank You.

I really love my 'Humantool' seat. It feels like my back is being gently massaged while I'm sitting on it. I suffer from lower back problems not helped by working in front of a computer all day! As per instructions am using it for short intervals to start with, but no doubt will be using it for far long sessions soon. In fact I have already recommended this to friends.
