We recently upgraded to a King Size. The whole process of choosing, delivery and installing was totally painless. We spent over an hour in the showroom, with the owner at pains to ensure we selected the mattress that was right for us. There was no rush to get us to choose one and get us out of the shop asap. Instead we went through the full range until we were certain we had the right firmness. We then spent time choosing the colour of the bedstand itself. I was so impressed with the level of care and attention given to ensure we had what was right for us. On the day of delivery the guys were prompt, respected our property by removing anything that could get knocked and then constructed the bed in a very fast time, taking away all the packaging as well as the old bed & mattress. Having had the bed for a month now, it is a joy to sleep on. We have now decided to add a headboard and again the owner has spent time with us to enable us to choose one that perfectly colour matches. Can recommend Bed Gallery without hesitation. The level of 1:1 attention to understand our needs and then the level of knowledge to recommend the best product is outstanding !

Thoroughly recommend The Bed Gallery. The salesman was very attentive and very knowledgeable and helped to guide us through which mattress would be best suited to us. Our order was delivered a few weeks later and delivered by Fosters Removals. The two delivery men were very friendly and very efficient. They assembled our beds and took away our old mattresses for disposal. Very pleased with the whole experience and look forward to enjoying an improved night's sleep.

2nd purchase from The Bed Gallery-with my son then making our 3rd purchase- same brilliant service from ordering in store and receiving great advice, with absolutely no pressure sales at all. Delivery men were again absolutely brilliant; turning up on time; removing my old mattress as well as taking all the packaging! Can not recommend highly enough- you will not be disappointed!

Decided to buy from The Bed Gallery instead of buying online. So glad we did. The shop has a variety of beds
mattresses and headboards. The two young salesmen were very very helpful and we did not feel under any pressure to buy at all. We could not take delivery immediately and they stored it for us until we did.
Delivery on time and bed put together efficiently.

highly recommend helpful and honest. Delivery arrived on time contact between myself and the shop was excellent, the delivery was in the given time. The bed frame arrived and put together and at the last stage there was a very small minute part missing and the whole piece was reordered and arrived the next day and refitted on that day. First class service from The Bed Gallery, went into store with my wife originally and looked at a few mattresses, went away to think about it and then ordered, no pushy sales just courteous advise and professionalism. Was told might not be delivered until the New Year but came today through great communication via messaging, time slot was given and met by friwndly delivery guys who helped take it up and took old matress away. Perfect service would highly recommend.

We needed purchase a last minute mattress as our order from "Emma" still hadn't arrived. The Bed Gallery came very highly recommended and so we gave them a call to see if they could help. After popping over to the showroom, the owner (Colin) showed us a number of mattresses, that were all great quality, within our price range AND available to take away the same day.

Colin was incredibly helpful, as well as having extensive knowledge of what would be most suitable for us, given our personal sleeping preferences. Not only that, but he also gave us a really great price on the mattress we chose too!

It's now night 3 of sleeping on our new mattress and we wouldn't change it for the world! We're also looking forward to ordering our new custom-made bed, and will be back to buy a second mattress for our spare room soon too. Thank you so much!

I had a very positive experience at the bed gallery, i was looking for a double bed and the two sales representatives that helped me were very helpful and knowledgeable and aided me in finding the right combination of bed frame mattress and headboard.

Really knowledgeable in store and quick and professional delivery service with old mattress recycling included- highly recommended for purchasing a new bed/mattress.
