Excellent advice given at the store when ordering, the bed came within the time I was advised. They took away the old bed and set up the new one for me.
They were recommended to me by a friend and I would recommend them to anyone thinking of buying a bed

Excellent service after being messed around by a previous big bed company, just proved to us stay local and support local, owner very very helpful and on the delivery day, kept us up to date with times etc, delivery men were just as amazing and again very helpful and polite.

Really friendly and trustworthy family business. Have bought all my familys' matresses from here over the last few years. They deliver free of charge and take the old one away. I dont even bother looking elsewhere, I know I could get cheaper but Ive ordered on line before and been disappointed.

We purchased our mattress recently, lovely shop very helpful in deciding which one best suited us. Delivery was quick and the old mattress was taken away at no extra cost.

We have recently purchased several beds from The Bed Gallery. The beds are all of high quality and the service has been impeccable! Nothing was too much trouble, including sourcing a particular material and craftsman for a bespoke ottoman stool and a specifically sized bed to fit a difficult room. They maintained excellent communication, so we knew exactly what was happening with our order and pulled out all the stops to meet our timelines.
The staff are so friendly including their delivery team, they really want to do their best for you. I’d highly recommend!!

I purchased 3 beds and a double wardrobe some 2 years ago. I was impressed with the service, even having to cut my king size bed into 4 pieces to enable it to go up my stairs. The men came and put my wardrobe together so professionally.
Well after 2 years, I moved and the removal men lost the fixtures to my wardrobes! I contacted the bed gallery, and without any hesitation they have rectified my problem and had whoever mail the fixtures to me which I received Today!

Visited this local store where we were given all the time we needed, and helped through our choices by Colin, who was extremely knowledgeable and helpful without being in any way pushy. We went back a second time to actually place the order, and again received excellent service. The bed was available before the booked in delivery date so we were asked if we would like it to be delivered sooner which we were very grateful for. Delivery guys were fantastic, managing to negotiate some tricky stairs with smiles and great humour. All in all a top mark experience from start to finish - really recommend supporting local business and this company is everything you could ask for.

Fantastic customer service! The Bed Gallery were beyond accomodating with us. We were offerred several different options based on personal preference with our new mattress. Home delivery and old mattress disposal all included. We will definately use again in the future
