My new bed arrived over the weekend and I am delighted with it. Everything was as it is described online. I had a few questions after I purchased, after contacting the customer service team everything was addressed and my order arrived a few days later. Great bed and lovely customer service team. Would definitely recommend to friends and family

Received my bed (second purchase) it good but disappointed that it took so long for delivery after first delivery date being cancelled and no update on when it would be delivered (17days later)unable to have conversation pre recorded message! however V1 where first class as I contacted them email and phone and they where able to inform me that only part of the bed has been scanned to them and as soon as they receive the second part it would be delivered it was within 2days of them receiving they also emailed me to say they had it fantastic service V1 not so Much bed Supermarket let yourselves down no problems previous hence returning customer

Good quality for the price and well made. Delay in delivery but reason explained then delivered when promised, very satisfied with everything would order from The Bed Supermarket again.

Bed promised on a 3-7 working day delivery. But from the minute you pay there is no contact. They don’t answer phones or emails and they definitely don’t deliver in 3-7 working day or give you any idea when and if bed will actually come. Very disappointed. Do not use.

VERY POOR!!
Ordered a bed mattress on 27th December 2025 with a promised delivery of 3–7 working days on email. It is now almost February and nothing has arrived. Constant chasing through emails and phone calls, endless excuses about bad weather and courier changeover. Completely unacceptable and utterly unreliable. Avoid!

Ordered on 23rd jan and received it today on 30th January the quality of the mattresses excellent I would recommend them for any future purchases on time delivered

Mattress was perfect!
Delivery was spot on.
Will definitely order from again, just need more contact from the supplier to the customer. Other than that a great service

Communication was good, price was great. Delivery guys were very pleasant and helpful. Only slight complaint is it took slightly longer to be delivered than planned. Not tried the bed out yet, but looks very good

Ordered a mattress 12thjan still not arrived as of yet 31st jan tracking appalling says on its way since 23rd jan tried calling no one answered then you get cut off not replying to emails asking for delivery date or refund

My previous review appears to have disappeared so writing new one with update. My partner, surname Martin ordered a bed, headboard and mattress on 12 Jan specifically because of lead times 3 to 7 days. We got rid of the old one in readiness. Then there was silence. No delivery. No answer to emails. No one picking up the phone. No bed for my son so he couldn’t come over at the weekend. In the end we wrote and cancelled the order and did a charge back via our bank and were refunded today. The company finally responded to an email yesterday but by then too late. Even given the operational problems the company apparently had, with no communication and the then current business information on Govt Companies House gazetted 30th December, we felt there was some urgency in getting our money back.

Do not use this company. Very happy to take your money straight away but I have been waiting 4 weeks to receive my refund and still haven't received it. I cancelled my order before I received my order and was assured I would receive a full refund. I have sent 4 follow up emails and haven't heard back. Terrible service. I have now raised a dispute with my credit card and shall be contacting the police as they have stolen my money.

Don't take any notice of their advertised delivery estimate, we have been waiting a full month for our order, still haven't received it. We did ring after about 14 days to see where our order was, we was given a date for delivery which was 2 days later, but unfortunately we got an email the next day cancelling it, stating due to Christmas and the snow they had. They asked us not to phone again as there busy getting orders ready, they would contact me, I only made the 1 call. I phoned again 10 days later got an automated message saying basically don't call us we'll call you when we are ready, and then was cut off. I emailed got an automated response reply saying the same. After a full month we decided enough is enough, I contacted my bank and they set up a dispute, and our money was returned to our bank. Update, our order was delivered today just 4 days after me contacting my bank. I have contacted bank and informed them to stop the dispute. I feel the the reason I got my order was the fear that they were going to lose my cash.

The bed was ordered easily and quickly and I was kept in touch with timelines both by email and phone. The mattress arrived at exactly the time stated and the two lads were pleasant and took the new mattress up the stairs to the bedroom and brought the old mattress down the stairs efficiently and without issue. Good all round.

Excellent mattress from this company, took a few days longer for delivery than advertised but I should imagine they have been very busy with the January sales. They replied to my email about delivery times.Fist class delivery with V1.

Very happy with my new bed,mattress and headboard. Ridiculously comfy and looks fantastic.
Delivery was on time as expected, and the delivery driver was very pleasant and helpful getting it in the house.
No complaints, would definitely recommend 👌

Very very poor system and dodgy customer service. I had to return an unopened mattress in October and although advertise as money back guarantee they have yet not responded to me at all!!! I have called and emailed repeatedly_ nothing! Please dont trust them!!!

This is my second time ordering from bed supermarket and must say I’m thoroughly impressed with their service and the quality of my new bed. Stated upto 7 days delivery but arrived within the week, very happy thank you

Extremely suspect company. No functioning contact number and none response to emails, besides auto generated messages after initial contact.

Placed an order and once it was clear they would not be delivering the bed on time, I cancelled the order, within 24 hours of order. Company is simply ignoring my cancellation and not refunding me and 3 weeks after cancellation I have received notification that the cancelled bed is about to be delivered. I can only assume there would be zero after sales service too.

Really good value for money I'm very comfortable mattress and I don't know how they can sell it for the price I bought it for
