The Bed Supermarket 

Awful company. My mattress was never delivered and it is a struggle to get an answer from their "customer service"!! I ordered on 29th Dec 2025, 3 weeks later and despite their 5 to 7 days delivery promise, no mattress was delivered. No contact from them or tracking order either. When I finally managed to get an answer to my emails, they agreed to cancel my order and process a refund. No apology of course, but it didn't surprise me. I waited 2 weeks and no refund materialised so I contacted them again but this time no response to my emails. Totally shameless company. Avoid!!

I bought a bed and headboards on 18th November for my guests at Christmas.
Half the king size zip together bed was delivered just before Christmas. The other half of the divan was damaged and the mattress dragged through the mud at the point of delivery so both were returned along with the headboard. And they also damaged my architrave when delivering and put filthy handprints in my newly painted walls.
Bed Supermarket were very responsive verbally and apologetic, promising a £50 refund for the damage and the other half of the bed would be replaced before Christmas.
Nothing came. Then after Christmas - Nothing.
It is now 3 February and I still have no communication or bed.
I asked for a refund and for the pointless half to be collected so I could buy from a decent company.
And I have asked them repeatedly for that to happen and they don’t even respond.
I will be taking legal action to recover my £1000 and I strongly suggest that people check reviews very carefully before buying from them.

The delivery guys were excellent and the mattresses also seem very good. They came well packed and we have today put them together to sleep on them tonight. My only complaint at this time is that the mattresses do not have side handles on, which makes them more difficult to turn. Hopefully we will be able to have a comfortable night on them.

Although we are yet to unpack our beds as the room is being decorated - and we can’t comment on them - we were impressed with ease of ordering and value. There was a delay but we had excellent communication.

Took a bit longer to be delivered than was advertised ,but couriers were efficient in the end.
I would have appreciated a delivery update after it didn't arrive in the 7 day window.
It arrived 16 days after it was ordered and paid for.

Responsibly good price on mattress with black Friday 20% off quick turn around from purchase delivery will be using them again.

The mattress arrived on time. We were kept well informed of the delivery details.
The couriers were very professional and helpful.
Finally the product looks just what was needed.

bed seems very well made and is exactly what we ordered. It was delivered within the time scale given by 2 very good delivery drivers

Excellent service

I ordered a bed including mattress and headboard on 19/01/2026. Delivery supposed to be 4 to 7 working days. As of today I have still not received my order. I have tried calling the number on the website, it answers and then my call was terminated. I tried many times same happens. I have contacted my credit card company for a refund

I was so pleased with the double divan 4 drawer base I ordered online from this company. I found there was an excellent selection of bed bases to choose from and great colour choices, together with good drawer combinations too. Ordering was very straightforward and delivery was excellent. The two delivery drivers were polite and most helpful and delivered the base to the room of my choice without any problems.

Really happy with this bed. It’s super comfortable and supportive without feeling too firm, and the quality feels great. Delivery was smooth and everything arrived on time, which made the whole process easy. I’ve been sleeping better since getting it and honestly look forward to getting into bed now. Would definitely recommend this company if you’re thinking of upgrading.

I oirdered a bed on 12th January with 4 - 7 working days delivery promisd on the website. Over three weeks later no bed arrived and I could not get thrugh to the company to get any reassurance although I desperately needed the bed and was on the point of having to oder another from another company.. The process of not knowing was stressful and I began to think I had been scammed. However, once i posted a negative review the company immediately did get in touch and explained they had been having difficulties. But did not apologise for taking orders promising quick delivery dates when they knew they could not fulfil them.
However they did then arrange for delivery three days later, the courier company were helpful, the ziplink bed(s) look fine BUT I havebnt unwrapped them to tet as they are the wrong colour. After all that. And I have had no response to my email requesting information and can't get through on the phone again. I so wanted to write a review saying all was finally well, but unfortunately that is not yet the case.

Put in my order on Jan 20, 2026. Now after 9 working days I have not heard anything on the delivery. ( supposed delivery 3-7 working days) No one answered the phone, my call was diverted to a pre-recorded script and then cut off. It even says no one has time to reply to emails! I start to feel like this is a scamming website. Trying to get a refund
