Thank you for your review but I am sorry that you feel the service and delivery you received from us was below standard. Looking into this we can see that you placed your order late on Sunday evening, your bouquet was dispatched on the Monday and delivered on the Wednesday what was exactly as expected for our standard 2-4 day delivery service that you selected.
With regards communication, you would have received an order confirmation and also a dispatch email which were sent to you and also regular text updates on your delivery date and time from our carrier ParcelForce which is in line with all our deliveries.
As a company, we pride ourselves on our customer service and quick delivery as you will see from the many positive reviews that we receive so am sorry that you feel we have fallen short of this.

Beer bouquet
I ordered the corona beer bouquet and it didn’t disappoint. It arrived super quick in a really sturdy box. The actual bouquet was amazing! Such a great gift for my 20 year old son!! He loved it. It looked really classy and is to a very high standard. Will definitely be using them again.
