Professional and friendly service. I saw my bike on the website and contacted Dan who always replies immediately. Knowing that the bike has been newly serviced and has a 3 month warranty is very reassuring.
I am thrilled with my new (to me) bike which was reasonably priced in my opinion. I highly recommend this business and would definitely use the bicycle exchange again without hesitation.

Very reliable business selling top class second hand bikes. I bought a Cannondale in mint condition and was given a 3 month warranty guaranteeing any mechanical issue that may arise. It's possible to travel from London on a train in 50 minutes and the owner can meet you with your new bike at the station. Dan was very responsive and professional throughout the whole exchange, highly recommended.

Dan offers great bikes at decent prices. Why buy new when you can buy almost new for so much less, or simply get so much more for the same money. It's a no brainer.

Bought a Trek Marlin7 from them, it was exactly how it was described on the site. With it being second hand I had expected there to be some wear and tear but there was none. The staff were friendly and knowledgable, also patient with me as I didn’t really know what kind of bike I wanted or needed. After talking me through my options there was no hard sell they just said why each was good or bad for what I was looking to do and allowed me to make an informed choice. Couldn’t recommend them more highly.
